Targeted twice in victory Lewis was targeted twice and caught two passes for 10 yards in Sunday's 17-0 victory over the Seahawks.

Impact Lewis was on the field for more than half the plays the Packers ran Week 10, but even with starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers returning, he was limited mainly to blocking duties like he usually is. Chances are Rodgers at least will try to find Lewis in the end zone at some point, as several times over the past two seasons the veteran tight end was rewarded for his thankless work. However, don't expect that to happen Week 11, as the Packers face a Vikings team that hasn't allowed opposing tight ends to find the end zone even once all season.

Impact Lewis led Packers tight ends in snaps against Kansas City, but he spent most of the day providing added protection for Jordan Love, who was blitzed heavily in his first pro start. Lewis figures to continue spending most of his time blocking, but with top pass-catching tight end Robert Tonyan (knee) out for the season, Lewis could see a few more passes in his direction once starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers (illness) is back at the helm.

More work with Tonyan out Lewis is in line for more work following Robert Tonyan's diagnosis of a torn ACL, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Impact Coach Matt LaFleur said the Packers will take a "by-committee" approach at tight end following the loss of Tonyan for the rest of the season. Lewis may not be in line for a jump in targets, but his share of the offensive snaps could bump up from the 40-50 percent that he's earned in most of the team's eight games so far. Along with Lewis, Josiah Deguara, Dominique Dafney and Tyler Davis will be the TE considerations for Green Bay.

With four receptions for 60 yards on the season, Lewis is not putting up the type of numbers that will help fantasy players as he often acts as a sixth offensive lineman and focuses on blocking assignments rather than being used as a receiving threat.

Lewis will turn 37 in May, but according to Andy Herman of the Pack-A-Day Podcast, he intends to keep playing and wants to do so for the Packers. If Green Bay elects to bring him back, Lewis would likely reprise a similar role to the one he filled in 2020.
