Playing time jumps without Hill Mitchell had six carries for 31 yards and added two receptions for 23 yards on three targets against the Browns.

Impact The speedster's role was expected to be elevated with Justice Hill (toe) sidelined. Mitchell did get a bump with a season-high 16 snaps and nine total opportunities split between six carries and three targets. He peeled off 5.2 yards per carry and had his first multi-reception game of the year. However, his one missed target ended in disaster as it ricocheted off his hands and into Devin Bush's for a pick-six. This game was a good snapshot of Mitchell's expected usage if Hill is out, but once the veteran returns, it could be an uphill battle for Mitchell to get double-digit snaps in a given game. The Ravens return home to face the Jets in Week 12.

Impact Mitchell got a carry on four of his five snaps Sunday and was effective on those opportunities, including a 22-yard rush, which was the longest of the day for any Raven. The third-year running back has not had more than 10 snaps in any of his five outings thus far, but he's getting work anytime he's on the field. He's averaging 6.2 yards per carry on 15 attempts thus far and is a big-play threat out of the Baltimore backfield. The Ravens head to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 11.

Impact The third-year back was more involved in the offense in the first game coming out of the bye, and he showed the burst that was his calling card before his season-ending injury as a rookie in 2023. Mitchell peeled off a 25-yard run in the third quarter that helped set up a field goal to go up by two scores. He was also effective on special teams with 66 return yards on two returns. Seven snaps is not enough to get Mitchell on the radar in redraft leagues just yet, but his usage is worth monitoring going forward.
