Impact The rookie shared the team lead in receptions and targets with Mike Gesicki and checked in second to his teammate in receiving yards with a tally that qualified as Waddle's career high. The Alabama product now has a whopping 17 receptions on 21 targets over the last two games alone, making him a PPR darling despite typically recording many of his receptions relatively close to the line of scrimmage. Waddle will look to continue piling up the production in a thorny Week 8 road divisional battle against the Bills.

Reaches end zone twice Waddle recorded 10 receptions on 13 targets for 70 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Jaguars.

Impact Waddle enjoyed the return of Tua Tagovailoa and immediately showed rapport with his young quarterback. The duo connected for touchdowns of six and two yards -- Waddle's first trips to the end zone since Week 1. Despite the strong production, Waddle didn't work down the field regularly as his longest reception of the contest went for just 14 yards. To continue to produce, he'll likely have to see considerable volume, which could become a bit more complicated once DeVante Parker (shoulder) is able to retake the field. Even so, Waddle's performance Sunday was encouraging after he had combined to record only five receptions for 64 yards combined across his last two games.

The only game Waddle played with his former Alabama teammate Tagovailoa under center for more than a quarter was Week 1, and that's also the only game in which the rookie first-round pick has found the end zone. Waddle will have a good opportunity to make it 2-for-2 in touchdowns with Tua against a vulnerable Jacksonville secondary in London.

Struggles in blowout loss Waddle caught two of six targets for 31 yards and added a two-yard run in Sunday's 45-17 loss to Tampa Bay.

Impact Waddle ranked third on the team in targets behind running back Myles Gaskin (10) and tight end Mike Gesicki (seven) with fellow wide receiver DeVante Parker (shoulder) inactive. The rookie first-round pick failed to do much with that volume and had a ball bounce off his hands in the fourth quarter, leading to an interception. Miami makes a concerted effort to get the ball in Waddle's hands often -- he has 36 targets through five games -- and there should be more room to operate against the shaky Jacksonville secondary in Week 6, though it remains to be seen whether Jacoby Brissett or Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) will be under center in London.

Impact Waddle has handled a starting role in Miami's offense since Week 1, but he only played alongside Fuller for the past two weeks. With Fuller headed to IR, the Dolphins will now have to wait at least three more games before getting a good sample of what their scheme looks like with all of Waddle, Fuller and DeVante Parker healthy simultaneously. In the meantime, Waddle and Parker will continue to operate as the clear top wideouts. Top quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) could come off IR as early as Week 6, but Waddle will need to work with Jacoby Brissett under center again for at least Sunday's contest in Tampa Bay.
