Impact The 26-year-old had 17 touches for 95 yards and a touchdown after Travis Etienne exited with a foot injury last week, but Etienne returned Sunday and played 88 percent of the offensive snaps. Hasty barely saw the field, while rookie Snoop Conner played a few snaps and had one carry. Hasty should remain the top backup for now, but Darrell Henderson could also soon be a factor after being claimed off waivers in late November.

Effective filling in for Etienne Hasty rushed the ball 12 times for 28 yards in Sunday's 28-27 win over the Ravens. He added five receptions for 67 yards and a touchdown.

Impact Travis Etienne (foot) was forced to exit Sunday's game against the Ravens after just two carries, which opened the door for Hasty. Hasty wasn't all that effective as a rusher, but he had a number of impact receptions, highlighted by a 28-yard touchdown as well as gains of 23 and 13 yards. Etienne's injury was downplayed after the game, and even if he were unable to play in Week 13 against the Lions, Darrell Henderson could mix into the offense and take work away from Hasty.

Impact The 26-year-old served as the Jaguars' No. 2 tailback with James Robinson traded to the Jets after Week 7, but he found minimal room to run despite a season-high seven touches. Etienne ran all over Denver with 162 scrimmage yards on 27 touches and should continue to dominate Jacksonville's backfield work. Hasty likely won't find any fantasy relevance as long as Etienne remains healthy.

Could see added opportunities With James Robinson having been traded to the Jets, Hasty and Snoop Conner are now in line to work behind top back Travis Etienne, Demetrius HarveyFlorida Times-Union reports.

Impact Through seven contests thus far, Hasty has recorded five carries for 69 yards, including a 61-yard touchdown against the Colts in Week 6 while Conner (a 2022 fifth-rounder) has yet to be active this season. Though Etienne is clearly in line to lead the Jaguars' backfield in the coming coming weeks, coach Doug Pederson did note that Hasty "probably will increase his load just a little bit" now that Robinson is no longer in the mix. With that in mind, while Hasty isn't yet on the fantasy lineup radar, the 26-year-old now possesses some utility as Etienne insurance.

Hasty could see more action if Robinson is forced to miss any time, but he shouldn't be expected to take on a significant workload.

Impact Hasty served his usual third-down role with Elijah Mitchell (21-85-0) running at full strength. The 24-year-old stuck in his return/utility role on offense for the entirety of the 2021 campaign, finishing with 225 yards and a touchdown on 39 combined offensive touches across 11 active games. He will continue to spell Mitchell in the playoffs, but he won't be fantasy-relevant unless something catastrophic happens to the 49ers' backfield. Hasty should stick in San Francisco in 2022 given his familiarity with the offense and the low cost to keep him as an exclusive-rights free agent.

Impact Elijah Mitchell (knee) returned from a three-game absence and reclaimed the primary tailback role in San Francisco. Hasty was the only other true running back to record a touch, despite playing five less offensive snaps than fellow backup Jeff Wilson. Assuming Mitchell is a full go for Week 18, Hasty will be limited to a small receiving back role against the Rams next Sunday.
