Impact Etienne logged six more carries than backfield mate Tank Bigsby but couldn't muster any remarkable production against a typically stingy Texans run defense. The fourth-year back also was a modest contributor through the air while posting his second straight three-catch tally, but the outlook for all of the Jaguars' skill-position players will take at least a slight hit in a Week 14 road matchup against the Titans with Mac Jones likely filling in for Trevor Lawrence (concussion) in that contest.

Impact Jones got off to a slow start reminiscent of his lackluster two-game starting stint in Weeks 10 and 11, but he built momentum over the course of the second half and nearly rallied the Jaguars via a pair of fourth-quarter scoring tosses to Parker Washington (22 yards) and Brian Thomas (six yards). Jones is seemingly slated for at least one more start at the very minimum in a Week 14 road matchup against the Titans, and given the state of Jacksonville's season and Lawrence's value to the franchise, the former could well remain under center for what remains of the campaign.

Cam Little - Two-for-three in loss Little made two of his three field-goal tries during Sunday's 23-20 loss versus the Texans.
Impact Little did not get to kick any extra-point attempts in Week 13, as Jacksonville's first touchdown of the day in the fourth quarter only cut Houston's lead to 23-12. His miss came from 55 yards out earlier in the fourth quarter, and both of his made field goals Sunday were short kicks. He doesn't profile as a great fantasy option heading into a Week 14 matchup at Tennessee.

Impact Prior to his exit in the second half, Savage had tallied seven tackles (all solo), which ended up pacing the Jaguars in Week 13. He's been handling a large role in the defense for some time, earning at least 90 percent of the snaps in the five games before a Week 12 bye. As a result, Savage's status will be one to monitor as the team gears up for next Sunday's contest at Tennessee.

Jones had filled in for Lawrence as Jacksonville's starter in the two games prior to the team's Week 12 bye, completing 31 of 51 pass attempts (60.8 percent) for 249 yards (4.9 YPA), no touchdowns and three interceptions in losses to the Vikings and Lions. Despite the pair of poor showings, Jones will at least retain the No. 2 job ahead of CJ Beathard, who is inactive for the Week 13 contest.

Impact Beathard served as the Jaguars' backup quarterback for the last two games behind Mac Jones due to Trevor Lawrence being sidelined with an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder. Impact Coming out of a Week 12 bye, the Jaguars are back to full strength in the backfield with Travis Etienne further removed from the hamstring injury that sidelined him for Weeks 7 and 8 and with Tank Bigsby back in action after missing the Week 11 loss to the Lions with an ankle injury. Rookie fifth-round pick Keilan Robinson is also ready to make his NFL debut after coming off injured reserve Nov. 19, and while he's unlikely to have much of a role on offense behind Etienne and Bigsby, his ability to contribute as a return man will be enough for the Jaguars to keep him active over Johnson as the No. 3 back. Johnson had already seen his role dwindle following Etienne's return to action in Week 9, as Johnson earned just four carries and one target while playing 28 total snaps on offense over the Jaguars' last three games before the bye.

Impact After missing the Jaguars' last two games with an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder, Lawrence has been cleared to reclaim starting duties coming out of a Week 12 bye. Lawrence was listed as a limited participant in all three of the Jaguars' practices this week, but he displayed enough improvement with his condition for the coaching and medical staff to sign off on his return. While an offseason procedure on the shoulder hasn't been ruled out, Lawrence looks poised to play through the issue for the final six contests of the campaign.

Walker Little - Locked in through 2027 Little and the Jaguars agreed Sunday on a three-year, $45 million contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Impact A 2021 second-round draft pick out of Stanford, Little has started in just 21 of his 51 career games, but the Jaguars have been impressed with his work since stepping into the lineup at left tackle in October following the trade of Cam Robinson to the Vikings. The new deal keeps Little on the books through 2027 and likely means that the Jaguars won't be looking to select a left tackle with what's shaping up to be a top-10 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
