Impact Reynolds had a top-three role for Denver in September but then dropped down the depth chart after a Week 5 finger fracture send him to injured reserve. He's seemingly healthy again and now lands with one of the few teams that may be weak enough at wide receiver to give him a shot as a starter. The Jaguars lost Christian Kirk (shoulder) and Gabe Davis (knee) to season-ending injuries over the past month, leaving Parker Washington, Devin Duvernay and Tim Jones as the choices to start at WR alongside rookie standout Brian Thomas.

Impact Lawrence technically could return from injured reserve for Week 18, but it's probably not a consideration, as there'd been discussion of season-ending surgery on his left shoulder before he suffered a concussion during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Texans. Jones played well in relief of Lawrence on Sunday, after struggling mightily in previous two games when Lawrence was inactive and Jones was the starter. Impact The Texans managed to get into Jacksonville territory on their first offensive drive of the game, but Walker squashed any chance of a score with a third-down sack that resulted in a loss of 13 yards. The takedown pushed Walker's sack total to a team-leading 8.5 on the campaign. Walker is now 1.5 sacks way from the regular-season career-high mark of 10.0 that he established last year.

Impact Hines-Allen's sack came on a second-and-goal play from the six-yard line in the second quarter and helped hold Houston to a field goal. It was the veteran defensive end's first sack since he registered a pair of them against the Eagles in Week 9. Impact Duvernay entered the weekend having played a minimal offensive role this season, but he saw a season-high 39 offensive snaps and produced his first positive receiving yardage of the season. The 27-year-old operated as Jacksonville's No. 3 wide receiver ahead of Tim Jones and Elijah Cooks, though none of those three wideouts are likely to have fantasy viability, especially if Mac Jones finishes the campaign as the club's starting quarterback.

The 2-10 Jaguars are in last place in the AFC South and are, of course, extreme long shots to make the postseason. Also dealing with a shoulder issue that could require offseason surgery, the team may not feel it's worth putting Lawrence back out on the field in 2024. Mac Jones replaced Lawrence versus Houston and completed 20 of 32 passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns in relief, almost leading a comeback after the Jaguars were down 23-6 in the fourth quarter.

Impact Engram's catch total was a team-high figure, and the veteran tight end checked in third in targets behind wideouts Parker Washington (12) and Brian Thomas (10). Engram has at least five receptions in all but one of the seven games he's played since returning from a four-week stint on injured reserve due to a hamstring issue. Even if Mac Jones remains the starting quarterback the rest of the way in place of Trevor Lawrence (concussion), the veteran tight end's fantasy outlook should remain solid considering he's typically on the other end of high-percentage throws.

Parker Washington - Career-best showing Sunday Washington brought in six of 12 targets for 103 yards and a touchdown and also caught a two-point conversion pass in the Jaguars' 23-20 loss to the Texans on Sunday.
Impact Washington was the surprise leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Jaguars with figures that all qualified as career highs. The 2023 sixth-round pick's breakout performance isn't necessarily an outlier -- although it may be an uphill battle to fully replicate if Mac Jones remains the starting quarterback in place of Trevor Lawrence (concussion) -- considering Washington is in line for an expanded role for the remainder of the season now that Gabe Davis (knee) has joined Christian Kirk (collarbone) on season-ending injured reserve. Washington next takes aim at the Titans in a Week 14 road clash.

Brian Thomas Jr. - Catches late TD from Jones Thomas brought in four of 10 targets for 76 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 23-20 loss to the Texans on Sunday. He also rushed once for 11 yards.
Impact Thomas finished second on the Jaguars in receiving yards and targets to Parker Washington, and he rounded out his fantasy afternoon nicely with a late six-yard touchdown reception. The touchdown was Thomas' sixth overall and first since Week 8, and he's now compiled 158 receiving yards over the last two games while working with Mac Jones for a significant portion of that span. With Jones almost certainly drawing a Week 14 start in place of Trevor Lawrence (concussion) on the road against the Titans, Thomas will remain a key fantasy asset based on what seems to be some decent chemistry between he and Jones.
