Ranking available NFL head coaching jobs: Cowboys replace Patriots at No. 1

Foyesade Oluokun - Double-digit tackles in finale Oluokun tallied 10 tackles (three solo) during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis.

Impact Oluokun posted double-digit tackles in the final two games of the season as he finished the campaign with 108 total stops, which ends a three-year run with at least 170 tackles. Part of the 27-year-old's production drop was due to a foot injury that sidelined him for four contests, but his 8.3 tackles per game was still his lowest figure since 2020. Oluokun inked a three-year, $30 million extension with the Jaguars last March and could be back amongst the leading tacklers in the league in 2025.

Devin Lloyd - Tallies second sack Lloyd recorded six tackles (four solo) with a sack during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis.

Impact The 26-year-old tied for fifth on the team in tackles in the season finale and recorded his second sack of the season. Lloyd totaled 113 tackles (61 solo) with two sacks, one interception and one forced fumble in 16 games this season. The 2022 first-round pick is entering the final guaranteed year of his contract, and Jacksonville will need to decide during the offseason whether or not to exercise his fifth-year option for 2026.

Luke Farrell - One catch Week 18 Farrell caught his lone target for four yards Week 18 against the Colts and finished the season with 12 receptions for 67 yards in 17 games.

Impact Farrell once again was minimally involved in the passing game while playing 31 offensive snaps in the season finale. The 27-year-old will become an unrestricted free agent at the start of the offseason, with his four-year run in Jacksonville likely to conclude with him totaling 36 catches for 316 yards and no touchdowns in 66 games.

Tim Jones - Uninvolved in finale Jones didn't receive a target and played 11 offensive snaps during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis.

Impact The 26-year-old was sparingly involved in the Jaguars' offense throughout the season, and that went unchanged in the season finale. Jones caught three of five targets for 41 yards while playing in all 17 games. He's heading into 2025 as a restricted free agent, but he likely won't be a significant factor even if he sticks around Jacksonville.

Devin Duvernay - No offensive touches Week 18 Duvernay wasn't targeted and returned two punts for 15 yards during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis.

Impact Duvernay entered the contest with at least one catch in five straight games, but he wasn't targeted in the season finale and played just five offensive snaps. He's primary worked as a return man this season and had 11 catches for 79 yards and four carries for three yards in 13 games. Duvernay is under contract for 2025 but could be cut for a dead money penalty of $1.2 million with just over $2.7 million in savings, so there's a chance he's cut loose during the offseason.

D'Ernest Johnson - Small role in Week 18 Johnson carried two times for 26 yards and caught one of two targets for zero yards during the Jaguars' Week 18 loss to the Colts.

Impact The 28-year-old received his first carries since Week 11 but played just 12 offensive snaps in the season finale. Johnson finished the season with 32 carries for 143 yards and 12 receptions for 96 yards in 14 contests. He's set to hit free agency during the offseason, and there will likely be limited openings in Jacksonville since Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby and Keilan Robinson are all under contract for 2025.

Keilan Robinson - No touches in finale Robinson played two snaps on special teams during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to the Colts.

Impact The rookie fifth-round pick spent the first 11 games on the season on injured reserve due to a toe injury, and he almost exclusively played special teams in the six games he was active for. Robinson isn't likely to have a major role in 2025 with Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby both still under contract.

Maason Smith - Contributes during rookie campaign Smith tallied 17 total tackles, including 3.0 sacks, and defended three passes over 11 games in 2024.

Impact Smith, a 2024 second-round pick from LSU, saw a relatively large role on the Jaguars' defense during his rookie season, playing 365 defensive snaps and making five starts over his 11 appearances. He ranked third on Jacksonville's defense in sacks and could very well see a larger role in 2025, with the team's pass-rush unit struggling in 2024 (fifth-fewest sacks in the NFL). Expect Smith to compete with DaVon Hamilton and Arik Armstead for a starting position on the Jaguars' defense throughout the offseason.

Arik Armstead - Disappoints in Jacksonville Armstead tallied 29 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and three passes defended over 17 games in 2024.

Impact The veteran defensive lineman inked a three-year, $51 million deal with the Jaguars this past offseason after spending the first nine seasons of his career with the 49ers. Armstead's first season in Jacksonville was underwhelming, as he recorded just 2.0 sacks, tying his rookie year for the lowest total of his career while appearing in 16 or more games in a season. However, the 31-year-old did tie his career high in passes defended in a single season. Having signed a large contract with Jacksonville in 2024, Armstead is expected to remain one of the team's top interior defensive linemen in 2025.

Chad Muma - Sees more defensive work in 2024 Muma recorded 32 total tackles over 17 games in 2024.

Impact The third-year pro from Wyoming played 102 more defensive snaps in 2024 than in 2023, improving his tackle output by 17. However, Muma logged fewer passes defended (two to zero) and still primarily served as a special-teamer, with 322 of his 563 total snaps coming on special teams this season. Jacksonville's linebacker trio of Ventrell Miller (ankle), Devin Lloyd and Foyesade Oluokun were very productive in 2024, so it will likely be difficult for Muma to crack Jacksonville's starting defense in 2025. With one year remaining on his rookie deal, the 25-year-old is expected to remain one of the Jaguars' top reserve linebackers.

Jarrian Jones - Impressive rookie campaign Jones tallied 40 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and eight passes defended, with one interception, across 17 games in 2024.

Impact Jones, a 2024 third-round pick from Florida State, played a significant role on Jacksonville's defense in his first season in the NFL, logging 656 defensive snaps and serving as the team's top slot corner by the end of the year. He played more than 70 percent of the Jaguars' defensive snaps in seven games this season, recording 19 total tackles and five passes defended, including one interception, during those contests. The 23-year-old likely earned a starting spot on the Jaguars' defense in 2025 with his impressive play throughout his rookie campaign.

Jeremiah Ledbetter - Wraps 2024 with 38 tackles Ledbetter racked up 38 tackles (20 solo), including 2.0 sacks, across 15 regular-season appearances with the Jaguars in 2024.

Impact Ledbetter put together a career year despite concluding the 2024 campaign with relatively modest numbers. The veteran journeyman is now scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, though re-signing with Jacksonville may not be out of the question.

Ronald Darby - Starts 12 games in 2024 Darby racked up 46 tackles (36 solo) and nine pass breakups across 13 regular-season appearances with the Jaguars in 2024. He started 12 of those contests.

Impact Darby played a significant role in his inaugural season with Jacksonville, and he has one more year remaining on his deal with the team. Given the struggles this secondary displayed in 2024, though, it would be surprising if the Jaguars enter the 2025 campaign without some additions to the cornerback room.

Darnell Savage - Underwhelms in Jacksonville Savage recorded 51 total tackles and six passes defended, including one interception, over 13 games in 2024.

Impact The first-year Jaguar started all 13 games he appeared in this season, playing more than 90 percent of the team's defensive snaps in eight contests. However, Savage tallied the same amount of total tackles as he did in 2023 with the Packers, despite playing 190 more defensive snaps and appearing in three more games in 2024. The Maryland product showed flashes of brilliance, nonetheless, posting the most passes defended since his 2021 campaign. Savage is expected to remain one of Jacksonville's starting safeties in 2025, having signed a three-year, $21.75 million deal with the team last offseason.

Tyson Campbell - Misses five games in 2024 Campbell tallied 59 total tackles and six passes defended across 12 games in 2024.

Impact Campbell served as Jacksonville's top cornerback when he was on the field this season, but he missed five games early in the year due to a hamstring injury. This appears to be a recurring issue for Campbell, as he's now been sidelined for 11 games over the past two seasons. The Georgia product underwhelmed over his 12 appearances in 2024, posting career lows in tackles and interceptions, as well as the second-lowest total for passes defended. Despite this, he's expected to remain the Jaguars' top outside corner in 2025, having signed a four-year, $76.5 million extension with the team in July of 2024.

Impact Walker modestly improved upon his production totals from 2023, and he's now put together back-to-back seasons with double-digit sacks. The 2022 first-round pick is now heading into the final year of his rookie deal with Jacksonville, but the team can still decide to pick up his fifth-year option.

Antonio Johnson - Improves in year two Johnson recorded 73 total tackles and two passes defended over 17 games in 2024.

Impact Johnson served as the Jaguars' top reserve safety in 2024 and saw plenty of playing time, logging 684 defensive snaps and eight starts across his 17 appearances. The Texas A&M product drastically improved his tackle total from his rookie season (17 to 73); however, he recorded fewer passes defended (three to two), interceptions (two to zero) and forced fumbles (one to zero) despite the increased playing time. With Andre Cisco set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, Johnson could compete for one of Jacksonville's starting safety positions in 2025.

DaVon Hamilton - Makes career-high 62 tackles Hamilton racked up 62 tackles (34 solo) across 17 regular-season games with the Jaguars in 2024.

Impact Hamilton enjoyed a career year in terms of production, but as was the case largely across the board for Jacksonville's defense, he struggled to emerge as a true difference maker. He has two years remaining on his deal with the Jaguars, though the team has a potential 'out' after the 2025 campaign. Hamilton has now logged back-to-back seasons without recording a single sack.
