B.J. Hill - Leaves with ribs injury
Hill exited Sunday's game against the Raiders with a ribs injury and will not return.
Impact
Sheldon Rankins, Kris Jenkins and McKinnley Jackson will handle defensive tackle duties for the remainder of Sunday's contest. Sam Hubbard is also capable of kicking inside.

Erick All Jr. - Injures knee Sunday
All exited Sunday's game against the Raiders due to a right knee injury.
Impact
Prior to that, All had caught both of his targets for 24 yards. While he's sidelined, Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Tanner Hudson will handle the Bengals' tight end duties versus Las Vegas.

Orlando Brown Jr. - Inactive against Las Vegas
Brown (knee/fibula) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Impact
Brown was listed as doubtful, so this doesn't come as a surprise. Look for Cody Ford to draw the start at left tackle for Cincinnati.

Chase Brown - Three-down role likely awaits
Brown is expected to take on the majority of the snaps out of the Cincinnati backfield in Sunday's game against the Raiders with Zack Moss (neck) inactive for the contest, Paul Deh...
Impact
Brown had already played 48 percent of the snaps or more in each of the last three games while outproducing Moss and seemingly emerging as Option 1A in Cincinnati's backfield timeshare, but the absence of Moss for Week 9 should pave the way for Brown to see his most significant playing time to date. Cincinnati's other active running backs include special-teams standout Trayveon Williams and practice-squad call-up Kendall Milton, neither of whom have logged a snap on offense in 2024. Expect the backups to be sprinkled in lightly while Brown likely handles a three-down role, at least for as long as Sunday's contest stays competitive.

Charlie Jones - Sitting out Sunday
Jones (groin) is inactive for Sunday's Week 9 battle against the Raiders.
Impact
Jones popped up on the injury report with a groin injury Thursday and wasn't able to practice Friday. That wasn't a good sign heading into the weekend, and the second-year wideout is now set to miss his first game this season. Jones' absence will be particularly felt in the return game, as he's been handling kickoff and punt returns for the Bengals and notched a 100-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in Week 7 against Cleveland. Trenton Irwin and/or Chase Brown may be asked to return kicks in Jones' stead Sunday.

Geno Stone - Clear to play Week 9
Stone (shin) is not among Cincinnati's inactives for Sunday's battle against Las Vegas.
Impact
Stone has been battling a shin injury since Week 7, but he was able to suit up last Sunday against the Eagles and logged 98 percent of the Bengals' defensive snaps. The safety will similarly be able to take the field this Sunday against the Raiders and shouldn't be restricted in his playing time. Stone has tallied 42 tackles (23 solo) and an interception in eight contests on the campaign.

Higgins, Brown and Moss are out for the Bengals' matchup with the Raiders

Jermaine Burton - Healthy inactive for Week 9
Burton is a healthy inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Impact
Despite having quarterback Joe Burrow lobby for Burton earlier this week to get more playing time moving forward, the rookie wideout will end up on the inactive list in Week 9, even with two other receivers in Tee Higgins (quadricep) and Charlie Jones (groin) sitting out with injuries. With Burton out of the mix, the Bengals will have Andrei Iosivas, Trenton Irwin and Kendric Pryor as their available depth options behind No. 1 wideout Ja'Marr Chase.

Tee Higgins - Missing second straight contest
Higgins (quadricep) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Impact
Higgins carried a doubtful designation into Sunday, so his inclusion on the inactive list for the second game in a row comes as no surprise. The wideout didn't practice in any fashion this week, so he could face an uphill battle to make it back in action for the Bengals' Thursday night matchup with the Ravens in Week 10.

ROTOWIRE
Zack Moss - Ruled out for Week 9
The Bengals downgraded Moss (neck) from doubtful to out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Impact
Moss will miss his first game of the season after he was a late addition to the Bengals' Week 9 injury report due to the neck issue, which kept him from practicing Friday. His absence for Sunday's contest leaves Chase Brown in line to operate as Cincinnati's clear lead back, while Trayveon Williams and practice-squad call-up Kendall Milton are on hand to provide depth behind Brown. Moss will have limited time to heal up if he hopes to avoid another missed game, as the Bengals will travel to Baltimore for a Thursday night contest in Week 10.

Kendric Pryor - Gets signed to active roster
Cincinnati signed Pryor off the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Impact
Pryor was unable to make the Bengals' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, but the 26-year-old wide receiver opted to stick around on the practice squad. He'll give the Bengals depth at wide receiver and could make his NFL regular-season debut Sunday against the Raiders if Tee Higgins (quadriceps) and Charlie Jones (groin) are ruled out.

Kendall Montgomery - Signed to active roster
The Bengals signed Milton off the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Impact
Milton joined the Bengals' practice squad in late August after failing to make the Eagles' 53-man roster at the end of training camp. Zack Moss is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Raiders after missing Friday's practice with a neck injury, and if he is ruled out,Milton will step in and serve as the No. 3 running back behind Chase Brown and Trayveon Williams.

Orlando Brown Jr. - Unlikely to play in Week 9
Brown (knee) is doubtful to play in Week 9 versus the Raiders, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
Brown suffered a sprained right knee in team's win over the Browns in Week 7 and he suffered blow to the same knee in Week 8 against Philadelphia. He now appears to be likely to miss his first game of 2024 and in his absence, Cody Ford is on track to draw the start at left tackle versus Las Vegas.

Geno Stone - Questionable for Week 9
Stone (shin) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Impact
Stone popped up on the Bengals' injury report Thursday as a limited participant due to a shin issue. He then downgraded to a DNP on Friday, which suggests he could be on the wrong side of questionable ahead of Week 9. If Stone is unable to suit up Sunday, expect Tycen Anderson or Jordan Battle to start alongside Vonn Bell as Cincinnati's top safeties.

Charlie Jones - Questionable for Sunday
Jones (groin) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Impact
The second-year wide receiver from Purdue downgraded from a limited practice session Thursday to a DNP on Friday, suggesting he could be trending toward not playing Sunday. If Jones can't play through his groin issue in Week 9, Chase Brown and Trenton Irwin are expected to take over as the Bengals' top kick and punt returners, respectively.

Chase Brown - Added touches likely with Moss hurt
Brown is likely to see the lion's share of touches in the Bengals backfield Sunday against the Raiders, as Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports that Zack Moss (neck) is doubtful.
Impact
Brown stands to benefit from Moss's surprise addition to the injury report Friday. While Moss has been on hand to split backfield duties, Brown has played more than half of Cincinnati's offensive snaps only twice this season, and Brown was on the field for 48 percent of snaps in Week 8 against the Eagles compared to Moss's 52 percent. If the Bengals continue to distrust Brown's pass protection, that could create an opportunity for Trayveon Williams to play a meaningful role against the Raiders as well.

Zack Moss - Doubtful for Sunday
Moss is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Raiders after missing practice Friday due to a neck injury, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Impact
Moss practiced fully both Wednesday and Thursday, but after missing Friday's session, the running back is trending toward missing Sunday's contest. If he is out versus Las Vegas, Chase Brown would be in line to lead the Bengals' Week 9 backfield, with Trayveon Williams in reserve and Kendall Milton a likely practice squad elevation.
