Davion Mitchell - Starting with Fox out againMitchell will move into the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, James Ham of ESPN 1320 in Sacramento reports
ImpactWith De'Aaron Fox (ankle) out and Terence Davis (wrist) also sidelined, the Kings will hand Mitchell his first start since Dec. 15. It will be only the second start of the rookie's career, and given the circumstances he should be set for a tangible increase in workload. For the month of January, Mitchell is averaging 7.8 points, 2.4 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 22.8 minutes. He's shooting just 36.4 percent from the floor and 27.5 percent from three in that span -- slightly below his season-long figures (38.8 percent FG; 29.8 percent 3Pt).

De'Aaron Fox - Won't play WednesdayFox (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.
ImpactFox will miss a third consecutive game as he continues to deal with a sore left ankle. Davion Mitchell and Tyrese Haliburton should handle the bulk of the duties in the Kings' backcourt. Fox's next chance to return will be Saturday against the 76ers.

Kings guard Terence Davis out indefinitely with wrist injury

De'Aaron Fox - Will be game-time callFox (ankle) is considered a game-time decision for Wednesday's matchup against the Hawks, Sean Cunningham of ABC 10 in Sacramento reports.
ImpactThe left ankle has already kept Fox out of the Kings' last two games, including Tuesday's 53-point loss in Boston. He'll go through a pregame workout before the team officially rules on his status for the second half of the back-to-back. With Terence Davis (wrist) out, rookie Davion Mitchell figures to benefit most if Fox is ultimately held out.
