Ibou Badji - Nursing knee issue Badji has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Utah due to left knee soreness.

Impact Badji has yet to appear in a game this season for Portland, so his absence shouldn't impact the rotation. He'll be considered day-to-day moving forward.

Anfernee Simons - Provides point per minute in win Simons finished with 26 points (9-15 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound, one assist and one steal in 27 minutes in Monday's 147-127 win over the Spurs.

Impact Though he saw his fewest minutes since Dec. 16 due to the blowout nature of the contest, Simons still managed to reach the 25-point mark in both ends of the Trail Blazers' back-to-back set after he popped for 31 points on 12-for-20 shooting from the field in Sunday's 121-112 loss to the Lakers. As usual, however, Simons provided little production beyond the points and three-pointers categories, restricting his overall fantasy upside.

Damian Lillard - Regains three-point stroke in win Lillard finished Monday's 147-127 win over the Spurs with 37 points (12-19 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 12 assists, one rebound and one steal in 31 minutes.

Impact A matchup with the 14-33 Spurs was exactly what Lillard needed to get back on track coming off a pair of losses to the 76ers and Lakers in which he went a combined 11-for-38 from the field and 6-for-26 from three-point range. Aside from the poor shooting efforts in those two contests, Lillard has otherwise been magnificent during the past two weeks. In Portland's other seven games during that two-week stretch, Lillard has scored no fewer than 30 points in any contest and has shot no worse than 47.8 percent from the field.

Jerami Grant - Season-low point output Monday Grant amassed three points (1-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one block across 28 minutes during Monday's 147-127 victory over the Spurs.

Impact Grant had tallied double digits in every game since Dec. 16, but he couldn't find the bottom of the net Monday, knocking down just one attempt from the field. Even with the subpar effort, Grant is still shooting a career-best 42.7 percent from beyond the arc and has also put forth his best shooting efficiency from the field (48.6 percent) since 2018-19, so this can be viewed as just an off night. Grant has earned a spot in lineups for most leagues thanks primarily to his scoring and three-point abilities, but he's also averaging 1.7 blocks-plus steals and contributes a bit across the board.

Shaedon Sharpe - Pops for 19 points Monday Sharpe amassed 19 points (8-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt), three rebounds and one steal over 27 minutes during Monday's 147-127 victory over San Antonio.

Impact Sharpe popped for 19 points in the win, the most he has scored since mid-November. The rookie has had a few promising moments throughout the season, but on the whole, it has been a little disappointing. His lack of peripheral production limits his overall appeal, making him a streaming consideration, at best. He has scored in double digits only three times in the past 10 games, so there are likely more reliable sources of points available, even in competitive formats.

John Butler Jr. - Rare appearance in thumping win Butler provided no counting stats in one minute during Monday's 147-127 win over the Spurs.

Impact Butler made it onto the court for just the fifth time all season, an impressive feat in itself. He was unable to put the ball in the basket, leaving his career total at just two points. It's always nice to see young guys getting out there, but from a fantasy perspective, we can obviously disregard this news.

Jusuf Nurkic - Dominates in blowout victory Nurkic had 25 points (10-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 11 rebounds, seven assists and three steals over 27 minutes during Monday's 147-127 win over the Spurs.

Impact Nurkic was a dominant force in the win, taking advantage of the fact that opposing center Jakob Poeltl was in early foul trouble. The Bosnian big man feasted on the inside while also flashing his playmaking skills, with his seven assists tying a season-high total. It's been an up-and-down past few weeks for Nurkic, with managers riding the waves of some questionable performances, as he's scored eight or fewer points four times in January, including in each of the previous three contests. Fantasy managers will simply have to hope that Monday's strong performance provides a springboard for Nurkic leading into Wednesday's game against the Jazz.

Impact Jusuf Nurkic remains entrenched as Portland's starting center, but after picking up three fouls in the game's first 16 minutes, he ended up ceding more playing time than usual to Eubanks. The elevated run allowed Eubanks to rack up some gaudy rebound and block totals, but the performance isn't something that can be relied upon moving forward. Prior to Sunday, Eubanks averaged 4.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 blocks in 18.5 minutes over his last six outings, and that level of production and playing time is more representative of what to expect from him.

Josh Hart - Ends recent slide in production Hart provided 13 points (4-8 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, seven assists and two steals over 33 minutes during Sunday's 121-112 loss to the Lakers.

Impact Hart entered Sunday's game with averages of 7.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 0.5 steals and 0.5 three-pointers over his last six outings, but he cleared all of those statistical benchmarks in the loss. Though his performance offers some encouragement for fantasy managers in 12-team category and points leagues who might have been contemplating dropping him, Hart still doesn't look to be a reliable starting option during the Blazers' upcoming three-game week.
