Jaden Ivey - Inefficient scoring night Ivey supplied 13 points (5-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-5 FT), six assists and three steals in 33 minutes during Saturday's 116-100 loss to the Suns.
Impact After a couple games of excellent shooting, Ivey came back down to earth, returning to his typical inefficient scoring, which included some poor free-throw shooting. He did extend his double-digit scoring streak to 15 games, and his three steals were a welcome return after he failed to record any in his last two outings. On the season, the rookie guard is averaging 15.2 points, 4.6 assists and 1.0 steals per game.

Saddiq Bey - Another big game off bench Bey provided 25 points (7-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 7-7 FT), five rebounds, four assists and two steals over 34 minutes during Saturday's 116-100 loss to the Suns.
Impact Bey did not start again Saturday but made a big impact, leading his team with 25 points on 58.3 percent shooting. While he may still move back into the starting five based on matchup, he has proven he can provide a solid spark off the bench. The 23-year-old is second on the team in minutes per game over the past month, trailing only Bojan Bogdanovic, so even if he continues in this role, he is still maintaining ample playing time.

Impact Bey moved to the bench for this one as the Pistons opted for a larger frontcourt with Isaiah Stewart starting next to Jalen Duren. Whether or not this is a permanent switch remains to be seen. Bey's production as a reserve is slightly lower than his output as a starter, although his usage rate is a bit higher with the second unit.

His fantasy managers will also be glad to see Detroit going back to Stewart in the starting lineup next to Jalen Duren. Depending on what the Pistons do at the trade deadline with Bojan Bogdanovic, more minutes could be coming Stewart's way as a stretch four.

Impact The Pistons had plenty of rest leading up to this one as their game Wednesday against the Wizards was postponed. Bogdanovic picked up right where he left off, as he was averaging 23.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.9 three-pointers in his previous seven games. His strong play on the rebuilding Pistons will surely result in his name popping up in trade rumors ahead of the deadline.
