Bojan Bogdanovic - Out vs. Wizards Bogdanovic (Achilles) is out Tuesday against the Wizards.
Impact Bogdanovic will sit out a third straight game with bilateral Achilles tendinopathy, and he's part of an extensive injury report for the struggling Pistons. In his absence, Isaiah Livers, Rodney McGruder, R.J. Hampton and Marvin Bagley's minutes should remain elevated.

Hamidou Diallo - Won't play Tuesday Diallo (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Wizards.
Impact Diallo left Monday's loss to Portland early due to an ankle sprain and will sit out the second half of the Pistons' back-to-back set Tuesday. Killian Hayes (hand) and Alec Burks (foot) are also out, leaving Cory Joseph, Rodney McGruder and R.J. Hampton as candidates for increased roles versus Washington.

Impact With Killian Hayes (hand) sidelined for Monday's 110-104 loss to the Trail Blazers, Burks started alongside rookie Jaden Ivey in the backcourt and finished with 13 points (3-11 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 23 minutes. Burks didn't appear to suffer an injury in the contest, but the Pistons will nonetheless hold both him and Hayes out for the second half of the back-to-back set. With Burks and Hayes out, Cory Joseph and R.J. Hampton should be in store for extended run out of the backcourt along with Ivey.

Impact Hayes will miss both halves of the Pistons' current back-to-back set due to a left hand contusion. Alec Burks (foot) replaced Hayes in the starting lineup Monday, but the veteran has been ruled out for Tuesday, as well, leaving Cory Joseph as a likely candidate for increased run at point guard.

R.J. Hampton - Big night on defense Hampton provided 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and five steals in 20 minutes off the bench during Monday's 110-104 loss to the Trail Blazers.
Impact The five pilfers were easily a career high for the third-year guard -- in fact, Hampton had only five steals combined in his previous 14 games. He's played at least 17 minutes in three of the last four games, and the Pistons seem committed to giving him a chance to carve out a consistent role on the second unit, something Hampton hadn't been getting earlier in the season with the Magic.

Jaden Ivey - Double-double against Blazers Ivey closed Monday's 110-104 loss to Portland with 13 points (4-14 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 13 assists, five rebounds and one steal over 31 minutes.
Impact It's the sixth double-double of the season for the rookie guard, although Ivey's production paled in comparison to Damian Lillard's triple-double. Ivey has scored in double digits in a remarkable 25 straight games to begin 2023, averaging 15.4 points, 5.7 assists, 3.7 boards and 1.5 threes over that stretch as he solidifies his spot as a key part of Detroit's rebuild.

Isaiah Livers - Leading scorer in loss Livers chipped in a season-high 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-8 3Pt), five rebounds and two assists in 39 minutes during Monday's 110-104 loss to the Trail Blazers.
Impact The Pistons deployed a balanced offense with seven different players scoring in double digits, but they didn't have an answer for Damian Lillard. Livers led that group, and his 17 points were a season high. The 24-year-old forward has started three straight games, and he'll continue to see big minutes and usage as long as Jalen Duren (ankle) and Isaiah Stewart (hip) remain sidelined.
