INJURIES

Coming off bench Metu will come off the bench Saturday against the Wizards, Sean Cunningham of ABC 10 Sacramento reports.
Impact With Maurice Harkless (ankle) available and starting, Metu will head back to the bench. As a reserve, he's averaging 7.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 18.9 minutes.
FEBRUARY 12, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Joins starting five Metu will start Wednesday's game against Minnesota, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
Impact Metu posted 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds and four assists off the bench Tuesday and will make his first start since Jan. 16. Domantas Sabonis will start in his debut for Sacramento on Wednesday, while Richaun Holmes shifts to the bench.
FEBRUARY 10, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Delivers big line off bench Metu posted 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds and four assists across 34 minutes Tuesday in the Kings' 134-114 loss to the Timberwolves.
Impact Metu was the main beneficiary of Maurice Harkless exiting the game earlier with a right ankle injury, as the former joined the starting five for the second half and picked up his most minutes since Dec. 20. Even if Harkless is forced to miss additional time because of the injury, Metu's path to a consistent 20-plus minute role could be blocked following the Kings' acquisition of Domantas Sabonis earlier Tuesday. Sabonis could be ready to make his team debut in Wednesday's rematch with Minnesota, and Richaun Holmes (personal) and Marvin Bagley (ankle) could also re-enter the Kings' frontcourt mix in the coming days.
FEBRUARY 9, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Records double-double from bench Metu finished with 11 points (3-10 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 23 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 victory over the Nets.
Impact With Marvin Bagley (ankle) sidelined, several big men in the rotation needed to pick things up, and Metu was the biggest beneficiary. Metu was instrumental to Sacramento's production throughout January but regressed a bit after two absences last week. The new injury scenario provides a better opportunity for Metu, who should be considered in deep formats while Bagley is out.

Impact Metu will be back in action after missing each of the last two games due to left foot soreness. He averaged 8.0 points and 4.6 rebounds in 19.0 minutes per game across his five appearances leading up to his absence.
JANUARY 30, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Saturday Metu (knee) is questionable for Saturday's contest against the 76ers.
Impact Metu has missed back-to-back games with left foot soreness. If he's unable to suit up, Maurice Harkless will likely once again take his spot in the rotation.

Impact Metu will miss a second straight game as the Kings finish out a back-to-back set after getting waxed by the Celtics in Boston on Tuesday. Maurice Harkless entered the rotation and saw 12 minutes off the bench in Metu's absence Tuesday.
JANUARY 26, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Listed as questionable Metu (knee) is questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Hawks.
Impact Metu landed on the injury report Tuesday with a doubtful designation and, as expected, didn't suit up. However, the night off appears to have been a step in the right direction, as he's now listed as questionable for the second half of the Kings' back-to-back.

Out Tuesday Metu (knee) will not play Tuesday against Boston, Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee reports.
Impact Metu was doubtful coming into the day due to a sore knee, so it's no surprise that he'll be held out of action. The Kings are entering a back-to-back, so Metu could easily miss Wednesday's game at Atlanta, as well.
JANUARY 25, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Unlikely to play Tuesday Metu is doubtful for Tuesday's contest against the Celtics due to left knee soreness.
Impact Over his last two games, Metu has totaled just five points, seven rebounds and three assists across 34 minutes. While he's unlikely to play Tuesday, his status for the second half of the Kings' back-to-back Wednesday has yet to be determined.
