Impact The rookie was efficient while tying Kelly Olynyk for the team-high mark in steals. Walter has provided a spark for the Raptors thus far, and in his last five outings since moving back to the bench, he has averaged 9.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals while shooting 40.9 percent from the field across 23.2 minutes per contest. The 20-year-old should continue to receive fairly significant playing time, especially with Immanuel Quickley (elbow) and Scottie Barnes (ankle) sidelined for an extended period.

Talen Horton-Tucker - Provides spark off bench Horton-Tucker chipped in 15 points (6-12 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-6 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two steals in 25 minutes during Monday's 122-121 victory over the Raptors.

Impact Despite struggling with his outside shot, Horton-Tucker's 15 points were his most scored in a game since Nov. 29. The 24-year-old guard has displayed impressive efficiency this season, shooting 54.5 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from three.

Impact Despite Zach LaVine (back) missing Monday's contest, Buzelis saw his fewest minutes since Nov. 29. Over his last six appearances, the rookie has averaged 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 blocks in 19.3 minutes per game. However, with Patrick Williams back in action and LaVine not expected to miss significant time, Buzelis' role may continue to shrink.

Impact With Zach LaVine (back) sidelined and Josh Giddey (ankle) leaving the contest early, Phillips tied his season high with 10 points, a mark he hadn't reached since Nov. 9. Phillips' role has been inconsistent this season, but he gets minutes when the Bulls are shorthanded, though he hasn't produced enough to be relevant in standard fantasy leagues.

Impact Olynyk has played in four straight games after missing the first month and a half of the season due to a back injury. However, he didn't surpass 15 minutes in any of those contests. If Jakob Poeltl (groin) is forced to miss time after leaving Monday's loss to the Bulls early, Olynyk may be thrust into an expanded role, but his current conditioning levels may not allow him to play more than 20 minutes.

Chris Boucher - Double-doubles off bench Boucher provided 11 points (4-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds and one block in 21 minutes during Monday's 122-121 loss to the Bulls.

Impact Despite being healthy, Boucher didn't appear in any of Toronto's previous three games. However, he was thrust into an expanded role late in Monday's 122-121 loss to the Bulls after Jakob Poeltl (groin) left the contest. Poeltl is set for an MRI to determine the exact severity of the injury, but if he misses time, Boucher should have a consistent role in the frontcourt, splitting time with Kelly Olynyk and Jonathan Mogbo. When Boucher has played 20-plus minutes this season (10 games), he's averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.0 steals-plus-blocks in 22.3 minutes per game.
