Impact Ocon would start on medium tyres and pick up a couple spots in the wild opening laps of this race. He would run to lap 31 for a long opening stint before pitting for hard tyres. Not pitting under the earlier safety car limited his ability to gain positions on pit lane. Ocon would then battle most of the way with Gabriel Bortoleto before losing a position to him on lap 45. The Haas F1 veteran would finish one lap down to the leader in P13 in Miami.

Secures Points in Japan Ocon finished 10th in the Japanese Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Suzuka Circuit on Sunday.

Impact Ocon would start from P12 on medium tyres and would climb as high as ninth-place by lap 6. He would pit on lap 19 for fresh rubber, however, the lap 22 safety car would undo his race strategy and set him back to 14th place. Ocon would battle back and claw his way into P10 by lap 29. From there he'd hotly pursue Liam Lawson but fall short of the Racing Bulls driver finishing a respectable P10 and collecting his first points of the season for Team Haas.

Misses Points in Melbourne Ocon finished 11th in the Australian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Albert Park Circuit on Sunday.

Impact The Haas F1 veteran would line up 13th on the starting grid and make some great headway in the opening lap. Ocon would climb to P8 after all the dust settled and would ride there until the first VSC of the day. He would pit and rejoin P10 having consolidated the track position gained. Ocon would then get into a heated battle with old rival Pierre Gasly. The two would make contact but the stewards would rule out any penalties. Ocon would ride Gasly's rear wing all the way to the checkered flag and P11 finish.

Rebounds to Points at Abu Dhabi Ocon finished seventh in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Yas Marina Circuit on Sunday evening.

Impact Despite losing a spot on the opening lap, Ocon would parlay a good qualifying effort into a points performance in Abu Dhabi. The Haas F1 veteran would run a very long opening stint and pit out of P3 on lap 19. That would seem to anchor him into good track position. Ocon would execute a one-stop strategy on an evening when most would use two stops. That would allow him to race back up through the field and with a late pit stop by Lance Stroll, Ocon would promote into P7. He would hold off Lewis Hamilton down the stretch to secure the strong seventh-place finish and 6 points.

5-Second False Start Penalty Ocon finished 15th the Qatar Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Lusail International Circuit on Sunday.

Impact Ocon would line up P16 on the starting grid and he'd get around Yuki Tsunoda on the first lap. However, replays would show the Haas F1 veteran moving in his starting box prior to the lights out. The Stewards would slap Ocon with a 5-second penalty for a false start. He would stay out during the lap 7 safety car in which most of the field would pit. The hope was to grab easy track position up to P4 before conducting his own stop the next lap. Ocon would rejoin at the back and the gambit would not pay off. The veteran driver would claw his way past Pierre Gasly and later Lance Stroll to earn a 15th-place finish in Qatar.

Impact Ocon would start P13 on the grid and get around fast-fading Pierre Gasly on the opening lap. The Haas F1 veteran would run a long opening stint to lap 27 and that would allow Ocon to race up to P7. That helped him to hang onto good track position after the stop. Ocon would chase Lewis Hamilton all the way to the checkered flag and post what appeared to be an 11th-place finish. Impact A decent qualifying effort would put the veteran Haas driver starting 11th on the grid. That would increase Ocon's chances of scoring points in Mexico City. He would start on soft tyres and run long to a lap 27 pit stop. This would allow Ocon to climb up to P6. The track position gained was valuable and he would only pit once for the grand prix. The ploy wouldn't work as hoped and he would pit on lap 24 for medium tyres. This unintended undercut would help though and Ocon would climb to P13 as other teams cycled through pit stops. Impact The Haas F1 veteran would use a long opening stint strategy on medium tyres as he would start P17 on the grid. This would allow Ocon to stay out until his lap 30 pit stop and achieve a high in the running order of P10. He would rejoin P20 and that would put Ocon in a big hole to climb out of in the second half of the race. He'd make some headway to P16 but late overtakes by Alex Albon and Liam Lawson would put Ocon in a disappointing 18th-place at the finish. He'll look to rebound next round out at COTA.

Impact Ocon would start from the rear of the field due to his rear wing being found in violation of the regs after qualifying. It would be an uphill climb from there for the veteran Haas F1 driver. Ocon would take advantage of an early safety car for the Oscar Piastri crash to pit on lap 2 for fresh tyres. He would run the remainder of the grand prix on that set of hard tyres and stay out, promoting as others pitted mid-race. Ocon would lose a spot late to Oliver Bearman but still collect a reasonably good P14 by lap 51.

Impact After starting 11th on the grid, Ocon had reasonable hopes to fetch points at Spa. However, The Haas F1 veteran would run into some headwinds in this wet-dry grand prix.
