Promoted to Triple-A Black was promoted to Triple-A Nashville on Sunday.

Impact Black earned a trip to the top level of the minors by posting 14 home runs, 47 steals and a .921 OPS over 384 PA with Double-A Biloxi this season. The 23-year-old is one of the top prospects in the Milwaukee system, and there is an outside chance he could join the big club before the campaign comes to a close.

Impact Black has both gotten on base and swiped bags all season, and through 54 games he has now racked up a whopping 38 steals while being caught only four times. He is starting to pile up hits as well, with four of his nine multi-hit efforts on the year coming since June 11. With his speed and an OPS north of .900, there is a lot to like about Black from a fantasy perspective.

Impact Black hit just .212 over his first 11 games at the Double-A level, but he has put his power, on-base skills and speed on display all season, and his batting average is starting to follow suit. Given his hot start and the fact he was a first-round pick in 2021, he could find himself moving up prospect rankings when those are re-drawn.
