Zach Eflin - Roughed up by Royals Eflin (10-5) took the loss Sunday against the Royals, allowing five runs on seven hits in just three innings. He did not strike out or walk a batter in the outing.

Impact Eflin was pulled after just 46 pitches in what was his shortest start of the season. He tied his season-high with seven hits allowed after the Royals pounced on him for one run in the first and four in the second while lacing three extra-base hits. Eflin had struck out at least five hitters in each of his last eight starts but wasn't fooling anyone Sunday, and actually recorded his second outing this year with zero strikeouts. He still holds a respectable 3.59 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 105:15 K:BB in 105.1 innings and will look to bounce back in what projects to be a home matchup against Baltimore.

Impact Paredes finally got the Rays on the scoreboard after swatting a home run to kick things off in the eighth. Luke Raley - Racks up four hits in twin bill Raley went 4-for-8 with three RBI and a stolen base over both games of Saturday's doubleheader sweep of Kansas City.

Impact Raley collected two hits in each contest. Though all four of his base knocks went for a single, the first baseman knocked in three of his team's 10 total runs across the pair of victories. Raley continues to thrive in his first full major-league campaign, posting a .279/.356/.571 slash line, 15 homers, 39 RBI, 45 runs and 10 steals over 248 plate appearances.

Jose Siri - Swats two homers Saturday Siri went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader sweep of the Royals. He went 0-for-5 with two strikeouts in Game 2.

Impact Siri bookended the scoring in the first contest with a solo homer in the third inning and another in the ninth. It was the first multi-homer game of the season for the outfielder, who has flashed plenty of power with 18 long balls over 58 games this season.
