Harrison Bader - Sitting Tuesday Bader is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Baltimore.

Impact Bader is on the bench for the second time in three games, giving way to Tyrone Taylor in center field Tuesday. Considering Starling Marte has returned from an IL stint to man right field most nights, Bader could cede more work to Taylor in center field. Bader is in the midst of a 0-for-12 slump and has just a .214 batting average in August, a span in which Taylor is hitting .270.

Starling Marte - Taking seat Tuesday Marte is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Orioles.

Impact Marte started in back-to-back games -- one against a RHP and one against a LHP --after being activated from the 10-day injured list Sunday but will take a seat Tuesday. The 35-year-old missed nearly two months with a bruised right knee, so it's likely that Tuesday is nothing more than a rest day for Marte. In his place, Jesse Winker will bat sixth and play right field.

Impact Nimmo was removed from Sunday's game with right shoulder discomfort and was held out of the starting nine for Monday's series opener. However, he'll return to the lineup for Tuesday's game, patrolling left field. Nimmo has homered in two of his last three games, collecting four RBI and four runs scored during that stretch.

Impact Crick signed a minor-league contract with the Mets over the winter but has been sidelined all season with a calf strain. He'll eventually move up to Triple-A Syracuse and could potentially be an option for the Mets' bullpen in September if he's pitching well.
