Art Warren - Undergoes UCL surgery Warren recently underwent surgery to repair his UCL, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.
Impact Warren was sent to Triple-A Louisville on Sept. 10, and he'll likely face a lengthy rehab process following his procedure. The right-hander doesn't have a timetable to return, but it's somewhat encouraging that he didn't undergo a ligament replacement surgery.

Dauri Moreta - Optioned to Triple-A Moreta was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Saturday.
Impact Moreta was called up by the Reds last week and allowed two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out six in 4.2 innings over three appearances during his time in the majors. However, he'll head back to Louisville after Graham Ashcraft (biceps) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list.

Impact Ashcraft was on the injured list for just over a month due to biceps soreness, but he recently completed a rehab assignment in which he allowed 10 runs (eight earned) on 15 hits and a walk while striking out 11 in 5.2 innings over two appearances. He'll have the chance to make a few more starts for the Reds down the stretch as long as he can remain healthy.
