Even if he's not activated Monday, Fulmer should return early in the week assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks. Gregory Soto leads the Tigers with 11 saves, but Fulmer and his six saves should work back into the late-inning equation. The fact that he's a righty and Soto is a lefty could allow manager A.J. Hinch to mix and match in save situations depending on matchups.
