Andrew Nardi - Ready for spring debut Nardi (finger) is slated to make his Grapefruit League debut Tuesday against the Nationals, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Impact Nardi didn't pitch at all in 2025 due to a lingering back problem, but he's since moved past that injury and has instead been slowed down by a blood blister on his pitching hand during spring training. That issue now appears to be behind him, however, as Nardi has been deemed ready for game action after throwing multiple live batting practice sessions over the last few weeks. Though the southpaw reliever looks to be healthy again, the Marlins could still elect to option Nardi to Triple-A Jacksonville before the end of camp to provide him with extra time to shake off the rust coming off a season lost to injury.

Anthony Bender - Making spring debut Tuesday Bender (shin) is scheduled to make his Grapefruit League debut Tuesday versus the Nationals, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Impact The Marlins have been easing Bender along carefully throughout the spring while he's been slowed by a shin injury, but after throwing multiple live batting practice sessions, he's been given the green light for game action. Despite being behind the Marlins' other healthy bullpen candidates at this stage of camp, Bender should still have enough time to prove his health and secure a spot in Miami's Opening Day bullpen. The right-hander collected 19 holds, three wins and four saves over 51 appearances in 2025 while pitching to a 2.16 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 42:21 K:BB across 50 innings.

Janson Junk - Clean inning in spring debut Junk (ankle) struck out two batters and allowed one hit and no walks over a scoreless inning of relief in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Astros in Grapefruit League play.
Impact Junk went down with a Grade 1 right ankle sprain early in camp, but after advancing through his throwing program over the last few weeks, he was finally cleared to make his spring debut Saturday. The 30-year-old right-hander made 16 of his 21 appearances with the Marlins last season as a starter, but the ankle issue may have cost him too much time for him to make a serious run at a spot in Miami's Opening Day rotation. Junk should still be in good shape to break camp with the big club as a long man out of the bullpen.

Jared Serna - Optioned to Triple-A The Marlins https://x.com/Marlins/status/2030671141518344534 Serna to Triple-A Jacksonville on Sunday.
Impact The 23-year-old played in four Grapefruit League games and went 3-for-11 with a double and a homer, but he'll now make his way to minor-league camp. Serna had a .578 OPS in 101 games with Double-A Pensacola last year before joining Jacksonville for a cup of coffee late in the season, and he'll need to improve at the plate to have a chance of making his MLB debut anytime soon.

William Kempner - Sent to Triple-A The Marlins optioned Kempner to Triple-A Jacksonville on Sunday.
Impact Kempner was added to Miami's 40-man roster in November but was never a likely bet to crack the Opening Day roster. The 24-year-old had a quality showing in his first taste of the Triple-A level last year with a 2.65 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 25:15 K:BB over 17 innings, and he could make his MLB debut at some point in 2026 if he continues to pitch well for Jacksonville over a larger sample.
