Recalled from Triple-A Raley was called up from Triple-A Durham on Tuesday.

Impact Raley is set to make his season debut with the Rays after being recalled from Triple-A on Tuesday. He'll fill one of the roster spots that were left when Manuel Margot (knee) and Kevin Kiermaier (hip) were placed on the 10-day injured list. The outfielder has produced a .299/.374/.575 slash line with seven homers, 25 RBI, 14 runs and two stolen based over 87 at-bats with Durham this season.

Traded to Tampa Bay Raley was acquired by the Rays from the Dodgers on Friday in exchange for minor-league pitcher Tanner Dodson, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Raley made his big-league debut for the Dodgers last season and had a .538 OPS in 72 plate appearances, and he'll now joined the Rays after being traded for third time in his career. He'll compete for a depth role in the outfield given Tampa Bay has an established outfield group with Randy Arozarena, Kevin Kiermaier, Manuel Margot and Austin Meadows.

Shifts to 60-day IL Raley was placed on the 60-day injured list for an undisclosed reason Wednesday, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Impact The organization didn't officially give a designation for Raley's move to the IL, but Castillo suggests that he is likely one of two players currently inactive for Triple-A Oklahoma City for COVID-19 reasons. Raley slashed .169/.246/.237 with one home run and 22 strikeouts across 65 plate appearances with the big club earlier this season. His transfer to the IL, along with that of Sheldon Neuse (undisclosed), allowed Los Angeles to add Jake Jewell and Ryan Meisinger to the 40-man roster.
