Jordyn Adams - Strikeouts down at High-A Adams (ankle) returned to action Wednesday for High-A Tri-City, going 1-for-5 with two RBI and one steal.
Impact He missed a week with a minor ankle injury. Adams is hitting .381/.417/.524 with zero home runs and two steals through five games. Most importantly, he has only struck out three times in 21 at-bats after logging a 37.8 K% at this level last year. Look for him to get the bump to Double-A in the coming weeks if he keeps producing.

Impact The first five Los Angeles batters all reached base against Odorizzi, and while a Yuli Gurriel two-out error after he'd already gotten the hook tacked some additional runs onto his ledger, there's no solver lining for the right-hander here. Odorizzi has a brutal 9.00 ERA, 2.56 WHIP and 5:7 K:BB through nine innings over his first three starts, and it may not be long before he loses his spot in the rotation entirely given how effective Cristian Javier has been in long relief, including 3.2 scoreless frames Wednesday.

Brandon Marsh - On base three times Wednesday Marsh went 2-for-2 with a walk, a double, a run scored and an RBI in Wednesday's 6-0 win over the Astros.
Impact The 24-year-old outfielder continues to make a case for a regular spot in the lineup, despite manager Joe Maddon's indication early this season he might have to platoon with Jo Adell when everyone was healthy. Through 11 games, Marsh is slashing .323/.425/.516 with a homer, six runs scored and 11 RBI, and the only real blemish on his line is a 1-for-3 performance on stolen base attempts.

Jo Adell - First steal of season Wednesday Adell went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 6-0 win over the Astros.
Impact The 23-year-old outfielder continues to put his shaky start to the season behind him. Adell has hit safely in six of the last seven games, slashing .286/.310/.464 over that stretch with two doubles and a homer. His 37.9 percent strikeout rate in that time remains troubling, however, and Adell will need to learn to make more consistent contact if he's ever going to come close to being the player his minor-league performances suggested.
