Records second save in as many days
Hader struck out the side in the ninth to pick up his seventh save of the year in a 3-1 win over the Dodgers on Friday.
Impact
Hader had no easy task facing Corey Seager, Justin Turner and Max Muncy, but he sat each one of them down on strikes, throwing just 12 pitches. The 27-year-old looks as dominant as ever this year with a 0.93 ERA and 19:4 K:BB over 9.2 innings while converting all seven of his save chances so far.

Picks up sixth save
Hader pitched one inning Thursday, allowing one run on two hits with one strikeout, and shut the door on a 2-1 victory over Los Angeles.
Impact
It wasn't the cleanest appearance as Hader allowed a leadoff single to Chris Taylor who eventually came around on a subsequent Austin Barnes single to cut the deficit to one, but he was able to induce a Mookie Betts flyout to earn the save. This is Hader's fifth straight appearance with a save.

Locks up save No. 5
Hader pitched a perfect ninth inning while recording one strikeout en route to his fifth save of the season in a 5-4 over the Marlins on Tuesday.
Impact
Hader had a nice and easy 1-2-3 ninth inning on 13 pitches as he got the first two hitters to fly out before striking out Chad Wallach on a slider to end the game. The 27-year-old has been as dominant as ever to begin the year with one hit, zero runs allowed and a 14:4 K:BB over 7.2 innings.

Notches fourth save
Hader walked one and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his fourth save of the season in a 4-3 win over the Cubs.
Impact
The southpaw has been absolutely dominant to begin the season. Hader has yet to give up a run in 6.2 innings and has only allowed one measly hit while racking up a 13:4 K:BB. With two wins in addition to his four saves over seven appearances, Hader has more than earned his draft status as one of the first relievers off the board.

Secures third save
Hader recorded a three-out save, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out two in the win over the Padres on Wednesday.
Impact
It wasn't Hader's most efficient save, but he got the job done. Fernando Tatis' double was the first hit that Hader has allowed all season. The southpaw managed to strike out the last two batters, stranding runners at second and third base for his third save. The 27-year-old has only surrendered one hit and three walks while striking out 11 in 5.2 innings this season.

Locks down second save
Hader pitched a scoreless ninth inning Monday, allowing a walk but striking out one for his second save of the year in a 3-1 win over the Padres.
Impact
Hader's only blemish in the inning was surrendering a walk to Fernando Tatis to give the Padres a slim chance to make some noise with Manny Machado and Eric Hosmer following him up in the order. However, the hard-throwing left-hander closed the door and continued his stellar start to the season, as he's now thrown 4.2 scoreless innings and a 9:2 K:BB.

Collects second win
Hader (2-0) walked one and struck out two over one inning to earn the extra-inning win Wednesday versus the Cubs.
Impact
Hader pitched a scoreless ninth inning and was in line for the win after Lorenzo Cain's three-run homer put the Brewers ahead in the 10th. J.P. Feyereisen and Brad Boxberger upheld the lead to give Hader the win. The Brewers' primary closer hasn't gotten a save chance yet, but Hader has allowed just one baserunner while striking out five in his two innings of work this year.

Picks up win in season opener
Hader (1-0) earned the win in Thursday's extra-inning victory over the Twins. He tossed a perfect inning while striking out all three batters he faced.
Impact
Hader was absolutely dominant when called upon in the season opener, tossing nine of his 11 pitches for strikes in a masterful inning. He went 13-for-15 in save opportunities last season and should be one of the league's elite closers once again in 2021.
