Impact Webb has been passable enough in his 19 major-league innings this season, though his 4.74 ERA and 20.0 percent strikeout rate certainly won't lead to many high-leverage opportunities. He owns a far better 2.21 ERA in 20.1 frames for Triple-A Gwinnett, backed by a strong 34.1 percent strikeout rate. Kyle Muller was optioned in a corresponding move.
