Remaining in KBO The SSG Landers of the Korea Baseball Organization re-signed Heredia to a one-year, $1.3 million contract Sunday, Dan Kurtz of MyKBO.net reports.

Impact Heredia slashed just .231/.310/.346over parts of seven seasons in the majors, the last of which came in 2022. The outfielder has since become a star in Korea -- hitting .342/.394/.499 in three seasons -- and will return to the Landers in 2026.

Heading overseas Heredia agreed to a contract with the SSG Landers of the Korea Baseball Organization on Tuesday, Francys Romero of beisbolfr.com reports.

Impact Heredia was designated for assignment by Atlanta last week and has opted to continue his career overseas. The 31-year-old appeared in 74 games in 2022 and had a .158/.220/.342 slash line with three home runs and eight RBI.
