Exits with shoulder injury Bote exited Saturday's game against the Reds with an apparent left shoulder injury, Sahadev Sharma of The Athletic reports.

Impact Bote looked to be in obvious pain after sliding into second base and had to be helped off the field. Eric Sogard could be in line for increased playing time at the hot corner if Bote is forced to miss an extended period.
