Kevin Herget - Optioned to Triple-A Herget was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Saturday, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Impact Herget was recalled Tuesday and earned his first big-league save two days later, though it was of the three-inning variety rather than one which suggested he was on the verge of a high-leverage role. He'll head back to the minors to make way for Levi Stoudt.

Jesús Sánchez - Re-injures hamstring Sanchez left Saturday's game against the Reds with right hamstring soreness, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Impact He left Wednesday's game with a right hamstring injury and returned to the lineup Saturday but was unable to make it through the whole game before re-aggravating the injury. The team may opt for a more cautious approach to make sure Sanchez's injury fully heals this time around. Peyton Burdick replaced Sanchez, who did not get an at-bat before exiting the game.
