Tyler O'Neill - Shut down following injection O'Neill received an injection in his left shoulder Saturday and will pause all activity for about a week, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
Impact O'Neill was pulled off his rehab assignment after reporting renewed soreness in his shoulder, which has kept him on the injured list since mid-May. It's unclear how far away he is from returning to the Orioles at this point, though a clearer picture may emerge at the end of his rest period.

Impact Handley had been handling backup backstop duties for Baltimore since late April after Gary Sanchez landed on the injured list due to a wrist issue. However, Sanchez was activated Saturday, resulting in Handley's return to the minors. During his time with the Orioles, the 27-year-old posted a woeful .211 OPS, going 3-for-40 at the plate with no extra-base hits and three RBI while striking out 37 percent of the time.

Gary Sánchez - Activated off IL The Orioles reinstated Sanchez (wrist) off the injured list Saturday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.
Impact Sanchez had been on the IL since late April due to a wrist injury. He underwent a minor-league rehab stint in early June and batted .364 (8-for-22) with three home runs, eight RBI and six runs with Triple-A Norfolk. Sanchez is now set to retake backup catcher duties for Baltimore behind Adley Rutschman. Fellow backstop Maverick Handley was optioned to Norfolk in a corresponding move.
