Edwin Uceta - Lands on injured list Uceta was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a left lumbar strain, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Impact Uceta was recalled from Oklahoma City on July 4 and wound up allowing five earned runs across three appearances (2.1 innings). It's not entirely clear when or how the lumbar strain was suffered, but it will keep him on the shelf until at least July 20. Given the right-hander's struggles since being recalled, it's definitely possible that he's optioned back to the minors when he ready to return.

Zach Reks - Back with Dodgers Reks was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City prior to Saturday's game against Arizona, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Impact Reks played in one game with Los Angeles during a brief mid-June call-up and went hitless across two at-bats. With pitcher Edwin Uceta landing on the injured list with a lumbar strain, Reks finds himself back on the 26-man roster starting Saturday. The rookie figures to serve as a reserve outfielder going forward.

Victor González - Tosses bullpen session Gonzalez (foot) threw a bullpen session at Dodger Stadium on Saturday, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Impact Gonzalez will be eligible to return from a battle with plantar fasciitis when the Dodgers return from the All-Star break Friday. The club hasn't officially confirmed that he'll do so, but the fact that he's already throwing bullpens nearly a week before that date seemingly bodes well for his timeline.

Asdrúbal Cabrera - Out with hamstring strain Cabrera was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a right hamstring strain.
Impact It's not clear when the hamstring issue arose for Cabrera, but the infielder last played Friday against the Dodgers. The move to the injured list will keep the 35-year-old on the shelf until July 20 at a minimum, and it remains to be seen if he could need additional time to recover. The Diamondbacks could provide additional update later Saturday or Sunday.
