Returning in Canada Jaeger (back) is listed in the field for this week's RBC Canadian Open.

Impact Jaeger will make his return after withdrawing during the second round of the Charles Schwab Challenge a couple weeks ago. Jaeger is sitting 74th in the FedExCup standings, so he is right on the bubble to be able to make the playoffs. Prior to his WD he was playing some strong golf with a T18 at the PGA Championship and a T9 at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson.

Withdraws due to back injury Jaeger withdrew from the Charles Schwab Challenge during the second round due to a back injury.

Impact Jaeger was sitting at two-over through nine holes in the second round and seven-over for the tournament. It's unclear when exactly the back issues cropped up, but Jaeger wasn't going to make the cut regardless, given he would've had to card a nine-under score over the final nine holes. He's not listed in the field for the Memorial Tournament next week, and it's unclear when he'll return to action.

Slows down in final round Jaeger posted a two-under 62 in the final round of THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson to finish in a five-way tie for ninth.

Impact Jaeger was in the top-5 of the leaderboard heading into Sunday after a 64-68-64 scorecard through the first three rounds. It was a low-scoring tournament, and a two-under final round simply wasn't enough for the 36-year-old German to keep up with the rest of the leaders. It was still a strong performance a nice follow-up to his T18 at the PGA Championship, and he's finished in the top-5 in three PGA Tour events this season. He finished T5 in birdies made, seventh in SG: Approach, T9 in both driving distance and bogeys, T12 in GIR and in the top-30 in both SG: Around-the-Green and Putting. Jaeger is in the field for the Charles Schwab Invitational next week, where he finished T68 in his last outing in 2023.

Cracks top-20 at PGA Championship Jaeger posted a one-under cumulative score at the PGA Championship to finish in an eight-way tie for 18th.

Impact Jaeger opened the tournament nicely with a three-under 67 in the first round before losing three strokes over the next two days, though he climbed up 13 spots on the leaderboard Sunday after a one-under 69. He finished the tournament T3 in GIR, fourth in driving distance and ninth in SG: Putting, though he ranked 60th in SG: Approach and T67 in driving accuracy. It was Jaeger's third top-20 finish of the season and best performance since his T7 at the Valspar Championship in March. He will tee off next week at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, where he's made the cut in five of six appearances and finished T11-T20-T56 from 2023 to 2025.

T28 at Houston Open Jaeger carded a one-over 71 on Sunday at the Texas Children's Houston Open to finish seven-under and tied for 28th.

Impact Jaeger ranked ninth among the field in total feet of putts made at Memorial Park this past week, and he's now gained a collective 8.49 strokes putting over his past 12 rounds. However, he finished outside of the top-60 in both FIR and GIR percentage in Houston. After a T62-T7-T28 stretch from THE PLAYERS through the TCHO, Jaeger will tee it up again this week at the Valero Texas Open.

T7 at Valspar Championship Jaeger finished in a four-way tie for seventh at the Valspar Championship with a seven-under cumulative score.

Impact Jaeger barely made it to the weekend after going one-over across the first two rounds. After a three-under 68 third round Saturday, the 36-year-old German put it all together Sunday with a bogey-free, five-under 66 final round, when he went four-under in a seven-hole span from the ninth to the 15th. Jaeger ranked eighth in SG: Around-the-Green, ninth in driving distance and T16 in birdies made, though he ranked near the bottom of the field in driving accuracy. His T7 at the Valspar Championship was his best PGA Tour finish since the Truist Championship in May of 2025 (also tied for seventh). Jaeger will tee off at next week's Texas Children's Houston Open, where he won in 2024 and finished T9 and T11 in 2023 and 2025, respectively.

Falls out of API field after MC at Cognizant Jaeger missed the cut at the Cognizant Classic by two shots after posting rounds of 71-73.

Impact Jaeger actually gained nearly five strokes to the field on approach over the two rounds he played, but lost all of that back on the greens and a bit more around the greens. Unfortunately missing the cut also meant that Jaeger fell out of the Aon Swing 5 and he will not tee it up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Jaeger will likely just look to work on his short game and putting prior to THE PLAYERS Championship.

T67 at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Jaeger carded a two-under 70 on Sunday at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to finish three-under and tied for 67th.

Impact Jaeger ranked just 79th of 80 in SG: Approach during Sunday's final round at Pebble Beach, though he gained a collective 1.84 strokes on and around the greens to salvage his second under-par round of the week. However, he converted only 13 of 26 total scrambling opportunities throughout the tournament. Jaeger certainly regressed after a T5-T28 run at the Farmers Insurance Open and the WM Phoenix Open, failing to qualify for this week's Genesis Invitational as well.

Jaeger struggles in final round Jaegar carded a one-over par 72 in the final round of the WM Phoenix Open to finish in a tie for 28th place.

Impact Jaeger got off to a bit of a slow start on Thursday as he opened with a one-under par 70, which saw him record four birdies, a bogey and a double. Jaeger however came back strong on Friday as he posted a five-under 66, thanks to six birdies that came as a result of his terrific wedge and short game abilities. Jaeger followed one sub-60 round with another on Saturday as he posted a two-under 69. With another sub-70 round Sunday Jaeger could've contended for a top-15 finish. However, Jaeger struggled to get anything going as an up and down day led to a one-over par 72. While Jaeger continued to show off his tremendous short game, it was his play off the tee and with his irons and kept him from climbing the leaderboard. On Sunday, Jaeger ranked outside the top-50 in both SG: Off the Tee and SG: Approach, losing three strokes to the field in these two categories combined. Jaeger will look to improve off the tee in his next start at Pebble Beach.

Great weekend leads to T5 finish Jaeger closed with a four-under 68 on Sunday at the Farmers Insurance Open to finish in a tie for fifth place.

Impact After opening with a 65 on Thursday, Jaeger gave some ground back with a 75 on Friday. Jaeger certainly shook that off and completed his week by going 11-under-par over the final 36 holes to secure this strong T5 finish. This was his best finish since a T3 at the 2025 Sony Open. Jaeger gained strokes across the board and was able to overcome hitting just 37 percent of the fairways at Torrey Pines. He will look to keep things rolling next week at the WM Phoenix Open.

T11 in Utah Jaeger fired a five-under 66 on Sunday at the Bank of Utah Championship to finish 14-under and tied for 11th.

Impact Jaeger's final round at the Black Desert Resort was highlighted by a stretch of four birdies in five holes to close out the front nine with a five-under 31 before making the turn. He ultimately paced the field in SG: Around-the-Green for the week, converting nine of 13 scrambling opportunities in the process. The T11 result brings Jaeger to 63rd in the FedExCup standings.
