Impact Valimaki managed to break par all four rounds at the first Signature Event of the season, averaging six birdies per round despite losing a collective 2.42 strokes off the tee. He ultimately ranked eighth among the field in SG: Around-the-Green, and the T34 result marks Valimaki's best finish of the 2026 season through four starts. He'll be in the field again this week at Riviera Country Club for his Genesis Invitational debut.

Impact Valimaki opened the week hot with an 11-under 61. His 69 in round three was what put him behind a bit in this shootout, but a bogey-free 64 helped make up for it on Sunday. Valimaki missed only two fairways and six greens in regulation for the week. More importantly he moves up from 103rd to 76th in the FedExCup Fall standings. That means he will retain full playing status in 2026. Valimaki will look to continue the strong ball-striking at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship next week.
