Impact Hastings briefly held the clubhouse lead after scoring five-under through 13 holes (including an eagle on the par-5 eighth). However, his hard work was undone by a double bogey on the par-5 14th, and he wasn't able to gain any ground over the final four holes, ultimately finishing one stroke back of winner Ian Holt. Despite finishing near the bottom of the field in GIR, Hastings finished T2 in birdies made, T7 in putts per GIR and 11th in scrambling. He will be in the field for the Farmers Insurance Open on the PGA Tour that tees off Jan. 29 as a sponsor exemption.
