Impact Spieth said after his final round that he was better tee to green this week than the year he won The Masters back in 2015. The difference was really the putter. Spieth carded rounds of 72-73-70-68 this week, but each could have been significantly better had he putted just average. It's strange how he struggled to get anything to fall, considering he normally putts these greens extremely well. Nevertheless, Spieth has now finished inside the top 12 in four of his last six starts. Things are really starting to click for the three-time major champion. He will be in the field for the RBC Heritage next week, the site of his last PGA Tour title back in 2022.
