Third consecutive MC Cole recorded a two-day total of one-under-par to miss the cut at this past week's Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches by four shots.

Impact Cole's struggles off the tee continued at PGA National this past week, and he's now missed the cut in three consecutive starts dating back to the WM Phoenix Open while falling to 63rd in the FedExCup standings. He'll look to bounce back at the upcoming Arnold Palmer Invitational where he tied for 21st last year when he gained 4.8 strokes on and around Bay Hill Club's greens.

Unable to overcome slow start Sunday Cole finished in solo fifth place at the Sony Open in Hawaii following a two-under 68 in the final round.

Impact Cole started the final round in the last group and just one back of the lead. It would be a very poor start for Cole who made bogey at 2 and then a double-bogey at the 6th hole. To his credit, the former Rookie of the Year came back from that with four straight birdies. Cole then made seven straight pars before cashing in on an easy two-putt birdie on the par-5 18th. It was just two shots shy for Cole of joining the playoff and trying to win his first PGA Tour title. The good for Cole was ranking fifth in SG: Approach and 10th in SG: Putting, but he definitely wants to do better than 57th in SG: Off-the-Tee and 63rd in SG: Around-the-Green. He will play in the American Express next week.

Finishes 52nd at The Sentry Cole closed with an even-par 73 on Sunday at The Sentry to finish nine-under and alone in 52nd place.

Impact Cole didn't make a single birdie throughout his final 12 holes at Kapalua, ultimately ranking 43rd or worse in every Strokes Gained subcategory Sunday en route to just 12 greens in regulation. He finished the event ranked 54th of 58 in SG: Approach, while also losing 3.291 strokes putting. He'll look to turn it around at the upcoming Sony Open in Hawaii, where he tied for 13th last year when he hit the sixth-most fairways in regulation.

Surges with Sunday 63 Cole jumped into a share of 15th place after firing a seven-under 63 in the final round of The RSM Classic.

Impact Cole got off to a hot start with five birdies in the first seven holes and ended up posting a bogey-free round to tie for the lowest score of the day. He was led by his play on the greens this week, ranking fourth in SG: Putting to help make up for losing 2.8 strokes off-the-tee. Cole closed the year strong with three top-20 finishes over his final four events.

Impact Cole once again lost strokes off the tee, but once again gained strokes on approach, around the greens and with the putter. This is now his sixth top-20 finish in his last 11 starts. Cole has yet to find the win column on the PGA Tour, but when he does I doubt it comes as much of a surprise given the amount of quality showings he has put up in these last two years.

He was led by his iron play this week, gaining a whopping 10 strokes on approach - best of anyone in the field. It's Cole's fifth top-20 over his last nine starts, and he's locked into all of the 2025 signature events after finishing the summer in the top-50 of the FedExCup Standings.

Impact Cole got off to an excellent start Sunday with a pair of birdies and an eagle, with his only blemish of the day being a nice bogey save on the closing hole after hitting his tee shot into the water. He tied for the low round of the day and the result was good enough to get him into next week's BMW Championship. Cole led the field for the week in SG: Around the green.
