Iverson Hooks - Scores in loss to Rice Hooks caught 6 of 12 targets for 89 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-17 loss to Rice.

Impact Hooks tallied his sixth touchdown of the season Saturday, while also leading all Blazer receivers in yards and receptions. He continues to produce on a weekly basis, averaging over 75 yards and five receptions each game.

Impact Beebe's touches decreased this week against Rice, as he touched the ball a season-low three times. His opportunities as a receiver have gone down as well, with only three of his 25 receptions on the season coming in the last three weeks.

Ryder Burton - Returns as the starter in loss Burton completed 18 of 34 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 24-17 loss against Rice. He also had nine rushes for negative five yards.

Impact Burton returned to the starting role this week, throwing his third straight multi-touchdown game. He did struggle at times, however, completing just over half of his passes and getting sacked five times.

Burton also started against Memphis in Week 8, in place of an injured Kitna, completing 74.1 percent of his passes for 251 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in an upset victory.

Impact Hooks was kept quiet against Connecticut this week, recording a season-low in receiving yards and tying a season-low in receptions. There shouldn't be any cause for concern, however, as he just had an off night and should be motivated to rebound next week against a Rice defense that has let their last four opponents have over 200 receiving yards.

Brandon Hawkins Jr. - Tallies first career rushing score Hawkins gathered in four of five targets for 89 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-19 defeat against Connecticut.

Impact Hawkins scored his first collegiate rushing touchdown on only his second carry of the season Saturday. The senior also led the Blazers in receiving yards, setting a career-high with 89 yards after only having 66 combined over the previous three games.

Kaleb Brown - Finds the end zone in loss Brown reeled in four of five targets for 25 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-19 loss to Connecticut.

Impact Brown scored his second touchdown of the season this week, while tying a team high with four receptions. The Iowa transfers four receptions also tie his season-high, as he found a good connection with Ryder Burton, who looks to be the starting quarterback moving forward.

Impact After recording his first career 100-yard game last time out against Memphis, Beebe couldn't follow it up this week. The sophomore did maintain his reception streak, as he has at least one in every game this season.

Impact Jackson led the Blazers in rushing yards Saturday, surpassing 50 yards for the third time in the last four games. His nine carries were a big difference from the 17 he earned last game, but that was mainly due to UAB playing from behind all game.

Ryder Burton - Subs in and throws two scores Burton completed 21 of 30 passes for 209 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during Saturday's 38-19 loss against Connecticut. He also had 13 rushes for negative six yards.

Impact Burton played the majority of the game Saturday, replacing Jalen Kitna after he threw an interception on the first drive of the game. The West Virginia transfer had his ups and downs, as he recorded two interceptions, but did show some promise with his two touchdown passes, and signs point to him being the starter moving forward.
