Mekhi Miller - Out once again Miller (undisclosed) is out for Saturday's game at Memphis.
Impact Miller will miss a second straight game, so Tulsa will be down a key figure in the passing game. He'll aim to use the bye week to recover, and his next chance to play will come against East Carolina on Thursday, Oct. 16. With Miller out, expect Jacob Emmers, Zion Steptoe and Josh Smith to see more looks at wideout.
