He'll look to make an impact once more when the Ducks take on an elite Penn State defense during the Big Ten Championship Game this coming Saturday night.

He also finished tied with wideout Traeshon Holden for the Ducks' second-most targets behind WR1 Tez Johnson (13). The passing game is still primarily working through Johnson and Holden, so Ferguson's fantasy value will likely be tied to YAC and short-yardage scoring chances going forward.

The 6-foot-5 senior has yet to find the end zone this season, but he's been one of the Ducks' top pass-catchers so far this season with 13 catches (15 targets) for 159 yards. His target share trails only top wideouts Tez Johnson (25) and Evan Stewart (16) through the first three games. Ferguson likely won't be as involved as his seven-catch performance Week 1, but he should remain a consistent piece of this passing offense moving forward. He'll look to log his first score of the season when Oregon next plays versus UCLA on Saturday, Sept. 28.

Impact Ferguson didn't make as big of an impact as his seven-catch performance Week 1. But he still wound up tied with wideout Tez Johnson for the Ducks' third-most targets behind Evan Stewart (seven) and Traeshon Holden (five) on Saturday. Ferguson and Johnson led the team in targets in the season opener with nine and 13, respectively. Oregon's offense has looked inconsistent with struggles in pass blocking and run protection through the first two weeks. With the team still trying to establish a rhythm, it's likely that a true No. 1 receiver will not emerge anytime soon for quarterback Dillon Gabriel. Nevertheless, it's a good bet to expect Ferguson to remain a significant piece of this passing game after logging 42 catches for 414 yards last season. He'll look to catch his first touchdown pass of the season this coming Saturday versus Oregon State.

Impact Ferguson immediately connected with new signal-caller Dillon Gabriel, who went 41-for-49 passing for 380 yards and two touchdowns. The 6-foot-5 senior tight end actually led the Ducks in receiving yards, and he trailed only top returning wideout Tez Johnson in terms of targets (13) and catches (12). The 5-foot-10 speedster was also on the receiving end of each of the Ducks' two passing touchdowns Saturday. While it's highly unlikely that Gabriel will need to pass the ball this much moving forward, Ferguson and Johnson should be considered the most reliable pass-catchers in what's expected to be one of the nation's most explosive offenses once again this season. It will be worth monitoring if these two continue serving as Oregon's top receivers versus Boise State in Week 2.
