Impact Thorne was seen in a walking boot earlier this week but seems likely to play Saturday. The junior quarterback has completed 144-of-222 passes for 1,580 yards, 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions across his previous 11 appearances this season.

Impact Thorne's stat line is not necessarily bad, though the Auburn offense was stymied on the ground, and Thorne had limited success throwing down the field, even against a non-conference opponent. The task gets much tougher in the Iron Bowl against Alabama as well; things could get ugly for the Tigers next weekend.
