Impact Fletcher's day didn't jump off the page, but he was part of a solid rushing attack that did what it needed to do to help Miami fend off Notre Dame in the opener. He took 15 handoffs, but so did CharMar Brown, who tallied 54 yards. Both backs figure to get involved plenty on the ground for the Hurricanes, which is interesting because presumed No. 2 back Jordan Lyle on saw five carries. This backfield is a committee in Coral Gables for the time being.
