Impact After Damien Martinez seemingly took over lead running back duties over the past two games Fletcher saw an uptick in his volume again, cashing in for two touchdowns. This loss knocks Miami out of the ACC Championship Game and likely out of playoff contention. The sophomore will wait out to see who the Hurricanes will play for their final game or possible games of the season.

Impact After splitting work with Damien Martinez the past few weeks Fletcher saw a down turn in use as Martinez got the lion's share of the work with 15 carries.

Impact Fletcher again split work with Damien Martinez, both produced similarly as Martinez had 66 yards on 11 carries while Fletcher had 65 yards on 12 carries but Fletcher also added a touchdown along the way.

Impact Fletcher again split carries with Damien Martinez as both received 15 carries however Martinez was far more successful on the day racking up 148 yards and two touchdowns.

Impact After leading the Hurricanes in rushing a week ago Fletcher was the top carry getter Saturday against Louisville. Fletcher received 13 carries while lead back for the majority of the season to this point Damien Martinez received 12. Martinez was able to outpace Fletcher in this one with 89 yards. With both back producing at a high level it looks as though Miami is going to split backfield.

Impact Fletcher cut into the workload of fellow running back Damien Martinez this week as the two essentially split carries with Martinez receiving 12 carries and Fletcher receiving 11. Both backs were able to find the end zone however Fletcher nearly had double the production on the ground with 81 yards to 42 for Martinez. However Martinez was a much larger factor in the passing game out catching Fletcher four to zero.

The sophomore running back ran for 514 yards and five touchdowns in nine games for Miami in 2023 and will hope to make a bigger impact for the team in 2024.

Impact Fletcher was hopeful for a summer return back in March. While that never materialized, he will be ready by the Hurricanes' 2024 season, scheduled to begin at Florida on Aug. 31. Fletcher logged 105 carries for 514 yards (4.9 averaged per carry) and five touchdowns across his nine games during 2023. While the Hurricanes may not have Fletcher as their No. 1 running back due to Damien Martinez, the former now has one year of FBS experience, which could make it a whole lot easier for him during 2024.
