Despite the increased opportunities, he's seen just three touchdowns, two of them coming against the Jayhawks. This game could be a sign of that changing. He should be in fantasy line-ups when they play Cincinnati next week.

While Jayden Higgins has been the number one wideout with a touchdown in every game this year, Noel has been just as productive from a yardage standpoint. Both Noel and Higgins have so much more potential as fantasy assets because Iowa State has generally leaned on their strong run game on their way to an undefeated 5-0 record. Once they need to throw the ball a bit more, Higgins and Noel will have potential for breakout performances. This could happen next week at West Virginia.
