Impact Bond will forgo his senior year of collegiate eligibility to enter the 2025 NFL Draft. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound wideout began his career with Alabama in 2022. He broke out a year later by logging 48 receptions for 668 yards and four touchdowns. Bond elected a Texas transfer going into his 2024 season, and that worked out decent enough for the top-50 receiver. He logged over 600 all-purpose yards again and also recorded six touchdowns, his career high.

Impact Bond was previously listed as questionable after missing the team's first round CFP matchup against Clemson with an ankle injury, but it appears the junior receiver will suit up against the Sun Devils. The former Alabama transfer has caught 33 passes for 532 yards and five touchdowns for Texas in 2024 and should provide a boost for quarterback Quinn Ewers as the Longhorns try to make the CFP semifinal for the second consecutive season.

Impact Texas' Friday practice suggests Bond is healthy, which could make him available for when the Longhorns play their next game. Officially less than a week from now, they are expected to participate in the 2024-25 College Football Playoff quarterfinals by playing against Arizona State on New Year's Day, which Bond will be questionable for until further notice.
