Adrian Norton - Finally surpasses 100 yards Norton had five catches for 125 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 31-20 win against Colgate.

Impact Norton was very efficient against Colgate, and he finally played like the WR1 that he's been listed as especially accruing more than 100 yards and a score in the second quarter. If Akron continues to rely on the passing game especially in the coming conference games, Norton should benefit even if he doesn't find the end zone.

Bobby Golden - Huge day in win over Colgate Golden notched five catches for 119 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 31-20 victory against Colgate.

Impact Akron's passing game was in full swing against Colgate and Golden benefitted greatly. He's not the highest receiver on the team's depth chart currently, but he likely will see more big games like this one in conference play when the team needs to rely on the pass.

Impact Newell had the most receptions out of any of Akron's pass catchers, but he was more of a consistent small-catch producer. The 6-foot-4 tight end has seen plus-40 yard performances in 2 of Akron's three games this season.

Impact Kellom ended up out-carrying the traditional RB1 Jordon Simmons, and Kellom also showcased an impressive receiving ability. The 5-foot-11 running back looks to be a force in Akron's offense moving forward.

Impact Finley finally had something click especially as Akron played a team closer to their competition level after Ohio State and Rutgers. The 6-foot-3 quarterback showcased an ability to get many receivers involved, and it appears he'll be just fine with conference play arriving now.
