Jaylen Carey - Provides value off bench Carey closed Wednesday's 82-61 loss to Kentucky with 12 points (6-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and one steal over 24 minutes.
Impact Carey has been very solid coming off the bench for the Commodores in recent weeks. The forward averages 14.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 steals over the last five games, and the loss to Kentucky was another valiant effort. He hit over 50 percent of his shots from the floor and also pulled down three boards. Carey will continue to be a staple of Vanderbilt's rotation.

Jason Edwards - Cold from deep in loss Edwards closed Wednesday's 82-61 loss to Kentucky with 10 points (4-12 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and one steal in 24 minutes.
Impact Edwards' 10-point outing was a disappointing effort in what ended up being a blowout loss to Kentucky. The guard was especially off from downtown, hitting just 1-of-6 shots from deep. Edwards shoots about 38 percent from distance this season, but it was just one of those nights. He'll look to bounce back against Mississippi on Saturday.

Collin Chandler - Best performance of season Chandler accumulated seven points (2-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists and two steals over 15 minutes during Wednesday's 82-61 win over Vanderbilt.
Impact Chandler had gotten extended looks before, like the 17 minutes he played against Arkansas or the 16 he played against Tennessee. Still, he had never made an impact quite like he did in a blowout win over Vanderbilt, pulling down six boards to accompany a career-high seven points. With the Wildcats banged up, he could continue to see an expanded opportunity moving forward.

Otega Oweh - Second straight with 20 Oweh had 20 points (7-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-5 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 82-61 win over Vanderbilt.
Impact With guards Lamont Butler (shoulder), Jaxson Robinson (wrist) and Kerr Kriisa (foot) all still sidelined, it's been up to Oweh to carry the backcourt for Kentucky. He's done exactly that, posting 20 points in back-to-back games and averaging 18.8 ppg over his last five. He'll again see heavy usage in a tough road matchup Saturday against Alabama.

Amari Williams - Back-to-back solid games Williams racked up 17 points (6-6 FG, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and four blocks across 27 minutes during Wednesday's 82-61 win over Vanderbilt.
Impact After putting up 18 and 12 in a narrow loss to Texas on Saturday, Williams put forth a perfect shooting percentage as Kentucky got back int he win column. It was also the senior's best blocks total of conference play. Next up is a tough, but up-tempo, matchup against Alabama on Saturday.
