GAME LOG

Suffers broken left wrist Galloway suffered a broken left wrist in Wednesday's game against St. John's, Zach Osterman of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact This is definitely a blow for Indiana who will lose one of their best bench contributors for some time. This injury is not expected to be season ending. The team has not provided a timeline, but should have a better idea of a possible return after surgery.

Undergoing further evaluation Galloway is set to undergo further evaluation for an unspecified injury, Zach Osterman of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact Galloway was limited to just four minutes off the bench in this contest after collecting 14 and 23 over the season's first two games. He was leveled by Montez Mathis -- who was later assessed a Flagrant 2 and ejected -- during a drive to the basket early in the game. Galloway should be considered day-to-day pending further medical review.

Still dealing with back problems Galloway continues to play through a back injury that coach Archie Miller suspects will be a problem for the remainder of the season, Zach Osterman of The Indianapolis Star reports...
Impact So far, Galloway has only missed two games as a direct result of the injury, but he nonetheless seems to be at less than 100 percent. He was limited to just 11 minutes on the court in Sunday's upset victory over Iowa -- less than half of his 22.5 mpg average on the season. The freshman should continue to be a rotation piece for the Hoosiers, but fantasy players might have a tough time counting on the guard given the uncertainty his injury causes.

Won't play Sunday Galloway (back) is not in uniform and won't play Sunday against Rutgers, Mike Schumann of The Daily Hoosier reports.
Impact Galloway is battling a back issue that will force him out of a second straight game. It's currently unclear how long he's expected to be sidelined as Armaan Franklin should continue to see an uptick in playing time while Galloway is out.
JANUARY 24, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Confirmed out against Iowa Galloway (back) won't play Thursday against Iowa, Dustin Dopirak of The Athletic reports.
Impact Initial reports ruled the point guard out for the tilt, but head coach Archie Miller seemed to indicate there was a small chance he could play. The freshman will indeed miss the tilt. Armaan Franklin will take his spot in the starting lineup.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Unlikely to play Thursday Head coach Archie Miller said Galloway (back) is somewhere between questionable and doubtful for Thursday's game against Iowa, Danielle Lerner of DailyMemphian.com reports.
Impact Previous reports declared the point guard out for the tilt, but Miller wouldn't quite rule out the possibility of the freshman playing against the Hawkeyes. At this point, Galloway seems unlikely to take the floor, though his official status might not be cemented until the game is underway.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Out against Hawkeyes Galloway will not play in Thursday's game against Iowa because of a sore back, Jeff Rabjohns of Peegs.com reports.
Impact It's unclear how the back issue arose for the Hoosiers' starting point guard, but he'll miss at least Thursday's tilt with the injury. The freshman will hope to return for Sunday's game against Rutgers.
JANUARY 21, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Totals eight points in win Galloway scored eight points (4-8 FG, 0-4 3Pt) to go with three assists and one rebound over 22 minutes in Sunday's 84-76 win over Nebraska.
Impact Galloway was ineffective in the Hoosiers' last game, but he was able to generate some modest production in Sunday's win. The freshman has taken on a starting role over the past five contests, averaging 4.8 points and 2.2 rebounds over 24.8 minutes per game during that time.
JANUARY 10, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Saturday Galloway is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Illinois, Kevin Brockway of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Impact Galloway is stepping into the starting five for Robert Phinisee who will be omitted from the starting lineup for the first time this season. The freshman guard is averaging 5.1 points, two rebounds and 1.9 assists in 21.6 minutes per game. It's unclear if this lineup change is temporary or will continue for more of the Hoosiers' upcoming games.

DECEMBER 8, 2020 • INDYSTAR.COM
Getting look with starters Galloway will join the starting five for Wednesday's game versus Stanford, Zach Osterman of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact Galloway gets his first look with the starting five after averaging north of 20 minutes per contest through the first three. The 6-foot-4 freshman struggled against Texas on Wednesday, missing all of his three shots from the field while committing a pair of turnovers. Still, he has the ability to contribute in all five fantasy-relevant categories, which could make him an intriguing DFS play.
DECEMBER 2, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Brings in five rebounds Galloway recorded two points (0-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and one block over 20 minutes in Tuesday's 66-44 loss to Texas.
Impact Galloway has come off the bench in each of the first three games of his freshman season, but he's played a fairly substantial role for the Hoosiers, averaging 21.3 minutes per contest. He posted 13 points in the season opener but has gone just 1-for-9 from the floor since then. However, he's been productive in several areas and should continue to see ample playing time as a freshman.
