Yigitoglu spent the past two seasons as a full-time starter at SMU. The 7-foot-2 center averaged 10.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 2025-26, all career highs. He also shot 62.8 percent from the field. The Turkish center will now take his talents to the Big Ten, where he'll have two years of eligibility remaining.
