Impact Allen is starting to show more of the rebounding prowess that made him such a successful fantasy asset during his three seasons at Utah, in addition to picking up his scoring. He now has performances of 26, 24 and 20 points in the month of February, though there's also been some inconcistency, as he's been in single digits four times.
