Impact Simpkins scored 13 points off the bench Wednesday, doing so on just six attempts from the field. It broke a three-game streak of scoring less than 10 points. He contributed well on the defensive end too, recording two steals and one block across his 32 minutes of action. Although he comes off the bench he's been playing starter-level minutes as of late, averaging 29.3 minutes per game over his last seven contests.

AJ Staton-McCray - Drops 18 versus Providence Staton-McCray racked up 18 points (7-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and one assist in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 87-80 win over Providence.

Impact Clark had his best performance of the season Wednesday as he scored a season-high 31 points and provided eight assists for just the second time this season. He was efficient too, hitting 11 of 16 shots from the field and turning the ball over just once across 36 minutes on the court. Clark was excellent on the defensive end too as he tied a season high with five steals, upping his average to an impressive 2.2 per game this season. He'll look to keep this positive momentum going Sunday at Butler.

The 6-foot-7 sophomore, who is averaging 8.6 points, five rebounds, 1.9 assists and 0.8 steals across 25 games (14 starts), will look to help Providence get back on track against St. John's this weekend.
