Oswin Erhunmwunse - Solid in Tuesday's win Erhunmwunse finished Tuesday's 106-81 victory over Penn with eight points (4-4 FG), eight rebounds and three blocks across 19 minutes.
Impact Erhunmwunse put together a solid outing Tuesday, following up his first double-double in Saturday's loss. He grabbed eight board and scored eight points in just 19 minutes of action, a highly efficient outing from the sophomore. He also blocked three shots in his third consecutive game and has still not missed a shot from the field or the free throw line so far this season. He faces a more difficult matchup Friday at Colorado, but he has already proven to have a high floor so far in this young season.

Ryan Mela - Double-double in Tuesday's win Mela posted 18 points (8-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt), 12 rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes during Tuesday's 106-81 win over Penn.
Impact Mela, who played 22 minutes in each of the first two games of the season, got his first start of the season Tuesday. He took advantage of his opportunity as he logged a double-double, ranking first on the team in rebounding and second in scoring. He made two of his four three-point attempts and went perfect on his six shots from inside the arc. He has showed his rebounding ability as well as some positive signs in the scoring department so far this season, so he's a name to watch as the season progresses.

Duncan Powell - Sidelined on Tuesday Powell (undisclosed) won't play Tuesday night against Pennsylvania, per Thomas Harkness of A10 Vault.
Impact Powell wasn't spotted warming up, and indeed, the forward will miss his first game of the season. He started Providence's first two contests of 2025-2026, and averaged 6.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in those games.

NOVEMBER 11 • ROTOWIRE
Daquan Davis - Officially ruled out Davis (undisclosed) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against Pennsylvania, Thomas Harkness of A10 Vault reports.
Impact Davis is dealing with an undisclosed issue and wasn't participating in warmups. He will look to return to action on Friday against Colorado.
NOVEMBER 11 • ROTOWIRE
Daquan Davis - Not participating in warmups Davis (undisclosed) is not participating in warmups ahead of Tuesday's game against Pennsylvania, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact Davis was seen on the floor but wasn't participating in warmups, so his chances of playing in this matchup are minimal, it seems. Davis has yet to score in 22 minutes of playing time in two appearances this season.
NOVEMBER 11 • ROTOWIRE
Duncan Powell - Not participating in warmups Powell (undisclosed) is not participating in warmups ahead of Tuesday's game against Penn, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact It's not a great sign for Duncan's chances to play on Tuesday. Rich Barron (concussion) and Daquan Davis (undisclosed) are also not warming up ahead of this contest. Powell has not been the contributor many thought he would be through two games averaging just 6.0 PPG and 3.5 RPG.
NOVEMBER 11 • ROTOWIRE
Rich Barron - Not partaking in warmups Barron (concussion) isn't participating in warmups ahead of Providence's clash with Pennsylvania, per Bill Koch of The Providence Journal.
Impact Barron appears to be unavailable once again for the Friars as they host Pennsylvania on Tuesday night. The forward, who averaged 5.5 points and 2.3 rebounds last season, has yet to take the court in 2025-2026.

Jason Edwards - Leads scoring in loss to Hoskies Edwards provided 28 points (10-19 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds and four assists across 32 minutes during Saturday's 107-101 OT loss to Virginia Tech.
Impact Edwards was poised to be a big part of the Friars' squad after transferring in from Vanderbilt this offseason, and he only reinforced the buzz even in a loss to the Hokies. The senior guard led Providence in points, shooting 53 percent from the field and hitting multiple key shots in the nail-biter. Edwards looks to be poised as a leader for his new team this season, and he'll be tested once again versus Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
NOVEMBER 8 • ROTOWIRE
Daquan Davis - Hardly involved over 12 minutes Davis (undisclosed) chipped in zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one steal in 12 minutes during Saturday's 107-101 OT loss to Virginia Tech.
Impact Davis was a non-factor for Providence, but he suited up and played 12 minutes despite the fact that he is reportedly tending to an undisclosed injury. Davis may be healthy, but he looks a ways away from being a contributor for the Friars team.

Jamier Jones - Scores 16 in debut Jones totaled 16 points (7-7 FG, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 20 minutes during Monday's 89-79 win over Holy Cross.
Impact Jones made his collegiate debut Monday and it went extremely well. He played 20 minutes off the bench and was second on the team in scoring with 16 points. He made all seven of his field goal attempts and both of his free throws. He also grabbed five rebounds and recorded one steal, giving him an excellent performance to begin his college career. It appears the true freshman will be involved in the Friars' rotation this season, although it's unclear how Rich Barron (concussion) will impact Jones' minutes once he returns to the lineup.
NOVEMBER 4 • ROTOWIRE
Stefan Vaaks - Scores 19 off the bench in opener Vaaks amassed 19 points (5-9 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), one rebound, two assists and two steals in 20 minutes during Monday's 89-79 win over Holy Cross.
Impact Vaaks started his season off well Monday as he led the team in scoring in his collegiate debut despite coming off the bench. He scored those 19 points on just nine field goal attempts, thanks in part to his six free throws and three 3-point makes. Given his production in the season opener, and the fact that he played 20 minutes, it appears he will be involved in the Friars' rotation this season as a true freshman.

Jaylen Harrell - Tending to knee injury Harrell participated in pregame warmups Monday but has been tending to a knee injury, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact Harrell didn't crack the starting five, but that wasn't expected anyway. It's unclear if the four-star freshman will be able to debut in the season opener, but if not, his next chance to suit up is Saturday against Virginia Tech.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Daquan Davis - Tending to undisclosed injury Davis, who was left out of the Providence starting lineup, was not a full participant in warmups due to an undisclosed injury, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact Davis was expected to compete for a starting role, as he appeared in 31 games (20 starts) for Florida State last year, averaging 8.8 points and 2.5 assists. In his stead, guards Jason Edwards, Jaylin Sellers and Corey Floyd will all draw starts. Assuming Davis doesn't make it off the bench, his next chance to play will be Saturday against Virginia Tech.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Corey Floyd - Gets starting nod Monday Floyd (leg) is in the starting lineup for Monday's game against Holy Cross, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact Floyd was deemed a game-time call for Monday's season opener, but in the end, the senior wing will get the nod. Floyd averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game during his 2024-25 campaign.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Rich Barron - Not spotted warming up Barron (concussion) isn't warming up as Providence preps for its opener against Holy Cross, per Bill Koch of The Providence Journal.
Impact Barron is in the concussion protocol and has been since at least Halloween, when that news was reported. The forward now looks primed to miss the Friars' opener, and he'll look to clear the protocol and return for game two, a Saturday matchup against Virginia Tech.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Corey Floyd - Warming up pregame Floyd (leg) is warming up ahead of Monday's season opener versus Holy Cross, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
Impact Floyd was set as a game-time decision ahead of the Friars' first outing of the year, and he now looks to be trending towards an active status ahead of tipoff. The senior guard is set to be a starter this season, so the team's lineup announcement should be a good indicator of whether he will play. He averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game during his 2024-25 campaign.
NOVEMBER 3 • ROTOWIRE
Rich Barron - In concussion protocol Barron (groin) is in concussion protocol before Providence's next game Monday against Holy Cross, according to Bill Koch of The Providence Journal.
Impact Barron's latest update indicates that his groin is healthy. But sometime during October, the guard-forward suffered a concussion. Still problematic for Barron, it indicates why his injury status is worse than probable. During the NCAA's latest season, against non-conference teams, Barron logged 3.8 points and 1.8 rebounds per game.
